I paid my regular company for the month, but told them to take care, because I'm a monthly customer now, of the Pool Sheriff.

Great service and a very fair price. He communicates well, is pro active about addressing issues and always gets approval for any additional work. We especially like that he is able to both treat the water and work on the equipment. The pool has never looked better.

Steven, aka The Pool Sheriff, did an outstanding job. We had a blown pump so nothing on our automation was working. I gave him a call, he came out the same day, and had everything running perfectly in no time. He even fixed some other issues that we were having and did not know about. Pool Sheriff did us dirty. Pump is over 30psi pushing out water, green everywhere, and he didn't even clean it the last time he came out - he sent us a text message he "dropped us" on the last day of the month with our filter clogged and our pool filthy, even after we continued paying him when he had to take multiple weeks off for being out of town. He told us "Have a nice life". Good luck.

After struggling with a previous pool service. I found the Pool Sheriff. He straight forward on the service that's needed. Gave me a timetable and kept his word !

My pool was in bad shape, after calling around and being told either they couldn’t do it or it was take multiple visits and lots of money. I found the pool sherrif(Steven) he came out within 40 mins and had my pool blue in one day. He is very knowledgeable and helped me learn my pool equipment and how to clean my filters. He answered so many of my questions and does great work!

Steven came to our rescue in May and he has got our neighborhood pool looking great. He’s so easy to communicate with and always gets back with an answer. Our pool has never looked so good.

I own a short term rental in Galveston Island and my heater was not functioning. They were able to replace the heater immediately and also found my my pool had several major leaks. They detected the leaks and handled the repairs for me.
I was very pleased with their workmanship and their amazing service.
The job was handled within a timely manner and the repairs were within my budget. I am excited I will no longer be spending thousands of dollars on a water bill. I had multiple pool services trouble shoot issue and were unable to detect the problem. I am so glad I came across the pool sheriffs company and they were able to find a solution. It really pays off when you are dealing with a seasoned, experienced, knowledgeable, POOL expert!
