They charge you monthly. But while using this service. They didn’t show up 3x and they let my pool go green for 3 weeks. I scheduled a filter change with them which cost even more money and as soon as they clean the filter that’s when they let the water go green I have a dog in the backyard tied up. She’s very small though and they said if there’s any animals in the backyard they can’t clean so they took a picture and left. They said they can’t work with dogs in the yard. Even though it was a tiny puppy who is very nice. I told him I don’t want to be charged for services that I don’t even receive and they said that if one of their techs come out and they don’t gain access to the backyard. This case being a small puppy that they won’t clean it but we still get charged for it. Also the next week while the pool is green the whole time. My dog was put up. It was sunny outside and they still didn’t come on Thursdays which is our scheduled day then they didn’t come the next day either. It’s really weird and then I got charge for that again so I in total I have been charged four times without getting my pool clean. Not only that they are super unprofessional. I asked them literally not exaggerating 15 times why they didn’t come out yesterday and they just kept beating around the bush dodging the question. I do not recommend this place. It’s a complete river off and they will extort you.

I needed to have the house thoroughly cleaned in one day, and there was no way I could do it by myself. Ms. Ana agreed to come w/ her girls to clean my 2,500 sq.ft. home. They were Amazing! They even cleaned my windows.😲😁 I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ll be using them on a regular basis from now on.

Highly recommend this team, I needed my entire house cleaned on pretty short notice and they were able to book my cleaning within the week. Ana and 1 person were able to make all the floors and walls completely spotless in just a few hours, steam cleaned my beds, and cleaned off several light fixtures that I briefly mentioned. They even completely de-cluttered all of the rooms. The results were like night and day, and it's more affordable then you'd think! They will definitely be the first deep cleaning service I'll call next time I need it.

Ana (the owner) and her group of girls have been cleaning my mom’s house for 15 years and are now doing regular cleanings for me. Ana is amazing, has great communication, and she and her team do such a wonderful job. My apartment always looks so clean and smells great. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Steven, “The Pool Sheriff,” for several years. He has been our go-to pool repair professional and his responsiveness and honesty are truly second to none in this industry.

We recently sold our home and, after the pool inspection, we were presented with a long list of recommended repairs including a new heater, pool and spa lights, PVC leak at the waterfall, and a few others. The inspector—who also owns a pool company—quoted the repairs at over $10,000.

Steven stepped in and was able to complete all of the necessary repairs within three days and for roughly half the price. His professionalism, integrity, and efficiency were outstanding.

I cannot recommend Steven, “The Pool Sheriff,” highly enough. An A+ in my book.
