Matt installed my entire custom bathroom, replaced a water heater, snaked my drains and gave a health check on my entire plumbing system. I could not have been happier with the quality, craftmanship, and VALUE of the work. The price was more than fair and I will only do plumbing business with him!

Matt made it to my home when it was my turn in his long list of clients during this past Texas freeze. His main concern was making sure I finally had water to my house after 5 days. He capped off the broken line so that I could have water again, a second leak was found and he repaired that also and turn on the water. Thank you again Matt.

I had a leak in the commode in April 2022. Called the company and the guy came out. First he quoted a price of $275.00 but then for some reason the price went up to $500.00 because of another broken part.
The leak got fixed after the owner showed up to help the original person with the issue. For some reason the first person helped himself to the clean bath towels in my linen closet to clean up messes. For some reason, he also helped himself to a role of paper towels in the kitchen, also without asking.
For some reason, there is still some gunk on my bathroom floor that still won't come up.
When the owner went to leave, I asked for a receipt, and then several times after the day of the service. For some reason, he would not provide me with a receipt for services. Experience tells me that that usually is because there is an issue and the less of a paper trail, the better.
For many reasons, I will never use this company again.

Matt was excellent; he showed up when he said he would during the February 2021 snowstorm. He diagnosed the issue and didn’t charge me anything because he didn’t need to fix anything. I said “don’t you need to charge a trip charge” and he said no. Really incredible customer service.

I had three other plumbing company’s come out and couldn’t figure out what’s going on Matt was able to figure it it out what is going on within 20 minutes. He fixed my sewer problem at a fair price and is very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend and use him in the future for any problems.

Called Matt at Freedom Plumbing to service water heater at my business. He gave a time-line of an hour and got there in 45 minutes. Problem fixed. Super happy with the service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Had a pretty severe drain clog. Was able to come out very fast and clear it. Didn't take long and prices are great.

Matt was very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful of property, and thorough. I really appreciated his patience and understanding when there was a need to explain services required & reason for said repairs. He addressed all of our questions and offered some we hadn't thought of yet. I WILL be recommending Matt and his team to my family and friends.

Chris came out today and did a superb job. Not only did they offer same day service, he called to ask if it was convenient for me if he came early! He was polite, professional, fast, and did outstanding work. He even offered advice on how to best care for my pipes and garbage disposal. The next time I need a plumber, there is no doubt I’ll be calling Freedom Plumbing and Drain Services.

These gentlemen installed a gas line for a stove for me last week. They were on-time, professional and fast! They even went ahead and installed the stove top for me. I would absolutely recommend them.

Did decent work on the install, but failed to finish the job. Left that day without telling me he didn’t replace the drain pan for the hot water heater (maybe he hoped I wouldn’t notice?). I’ve been chasing after him for 6-weeks now and no luck. Do NOT recommend him for any work…who knows what corners he might cut…

Update: he did finally respond and make this right…rating updated accordingly (from 1 to 3).

Matt was incredibly personal and helpful throughout the entire process. He fixed the issue, kept true to his word on price and kept us in the loop throughout the project! Sometimes “plumber talk” can be over your head and he was patient and educated us on the issue and the repairs so we felt comfortable with the investment! All around incredible and will continue to use him in the future!

I had a leak in the attic that flooded my bathroom and dining room. I was referred to Matt at Freedom Plumbing. He is also the owner. We have galvanized plumbing. He stated if he fixed just the leak it could cause additional leaks. I chose to replace all the plumbing in the house with PEX to end the leak nightmares from having galvanized plumbing. I also had him update my faucets, toilets and fix a sewer drain issue he found off one of the bathrooms. I asked him to look at a line for my AC that sweats and drips on the ceiling. What I thought was a light at the end of the tunnel has been a service nightmare. He is terrible about no call no shows. I had at least 6. After letting him know I was going to reach out to my attorney because he had still not finished the job then he finally showed up. However, he still did not finish the job. I am still missing a drain for one of the sinks, 3 stoppers for the drains and today I had the wall opened in my master bath to find out he did not replace the plumbing with PEX in this room. It is still galvanized. I also found out that all he did was put tape on the line that was sweating which did not fix the problem. I have another contractor remodeling my home and they will be taking over. I will be looking into my options on how to best resolve this with his company. STAY AWAY! It is not worth the headache. Warning....when you talk to Matt he comes across as a nice guy but getting the work completed will be terrible. Also, getting paperwork or a receipt will also be an issue. I fortunately was very persistent in getting it. I have a paid in full receipt for this work and a list of what he supposedly completed.

Matthew came out on a Sunday, gave a fast and fair estimate. Arrived Monday on time, handled the install smoothly and professionally. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Matt, with Freedom plumbing. He’s helped a few friends recently, and I’ve used Freedom several times. Great communication and prompt service. The only plumber in my contacts.

Freedom Plumbing installed a water softener on Feb 14. About a week later the system blew the top off, because a hose clip was not installed. It is now early April and Matt still hasn't been out with the correct parts to make the necessary repairs. Matt isn't returning phone calls and on the rare occasion I actually get to speak with him, he gives me the run around, tells me they are picking up the parts and will call to schedule the repair, but I don't hear from him. He gives me time frames for the repairs to be done, but no one calls or shows up. They are terrible!

Matt to the rescue!! Cannot say enough great things about Freedom Plumbing and Matt. We had an issue Sunday morning, I called he got me on his schedule same day and fixed the issue within ten minutes. He was professional, courteous and very informative. Fixed our issue, explained next steps and gave us some great info. Definitely will be using Freedom Plumbing in the future.

Two days taken off work waiting for this company to show. First appointment I had to reach out hours after to get told “sorry we’re still at another job”. Understandable, but communication goes a long way. Afterwards the company asked if I would be available the next day. Next day comes and after sending multiple text and getting no response I moved on.

Freedom Plumbing answered my call and made arrangements to come out right away! Very informative with any questions or concerns I had. Definitely recommend if your looking for a good professional and reliable service!!
