Chris with All Points Plumbing came out to fix a leak we had coming from the upstairs bathroom. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed the leak. He was very courteous and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future.

The two men came to my house were exceptional. They did a great job and left my place clean.

Chris and his partner were great! The service was fast and efficient. Hopefully we don’t need any additional plumbing repairs Any time soon but If so we will be calling All Points again. Thank you!

Colton & Ryan called before arrival, placed booties on, and asked to come in. I almost said no, but figured what Vampires have a 9-5. All jokes aside. They were both professional, informative, and educated me on how to handle the situation should I have garbage disposal issues in the future. I recommend this company and will use them in the future for any of my plumbing needs. It doesn't happen often that your home warranty company sends a good technician/company. They got it right this time!

The plumber Colton & Jeremy arrived on time, they were fast, fixed all 4 of my plumbing issues in no time, they cleaned up any mess, and addressed all of my concerns. These guys go above and beyond! The customer service was phenomenal. I highly recommend this company if you want things done right the first time!!

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I was assigned this company through American Home Shield, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. The first two technicians who came out removed a necessary part from the shower handle—one that had already been ordered. It took two and a half weeks to receive the part, and during that time, I had to call the office multiple times just to get updates.

The office staff claimed that MOEN had sent the wrong part, but based on how quickly the correct part arrived once the issue was escalated, I believe the delay was due to internal errors—not MOEN. It seems they only expedited the part after realizing the mistake.

When the new technicians arrived, they informed me a part needed to install the handle was missing. That missing part, as it turns out, was the very one removed by the first set of plumbers. I even offered to pay out of pocket to have it picked up locally from Home Depot, but their supervisor declined and said they had too many calls to assist me that day.

It should not take almost three weeks to complete a basic shower handle repair. The delays, miscommunication, and lack of urgency were unacceptable. I have instructed AHS to take them off the list!

A huge shout-out to All Points Plumbing for their superb service! They expertly resolved a tricky blockage issue between our HVAC drainage and house plumbing. Their team was professional, patient during the inspection, and willing to come out multiple times to ensure the problem was completely solved. Highly recommend!

In my experience, it is rare to find a good company through a home warranty service. It's VERY rare indeed to find a great one!
