Tristan and Frederick arrived that afternoon and managed to fix the leak, despite the non-standard water supply line. The house, built in the 1930s, had a non-standard shut-off valve that was partially cemented. The plumbers improvised a supply line between the old shut-off valve and the toilet pump. Their charges were surprisingly reasonable, considering the time they spent on the job. This was greatly appreciated as breaking the concrete and replacing the valve and piping would have been far too expensive and would have required the resident to vacate her home during the process. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service and strongly recommend Tristan and Frederick from Emergency Local Plumbing.
