I have used All Points Plumbing for multiple issues in my house over the past year (water heater, clogged toilet, and plumbing issue with our laundry hook up). Every time, All Points is professional, on-time, does an excellent job and if the issue doesn’t get fixed, they come back to fix it. When you find a contractor who is honest, ethical, professional and does a great job, you stick with those contractors and that is All Points Plumbing. They came back multiple times to help me with a plumbing issue with our laundry that took a lot of discussion, evaluation and trial and error to get it fixed but they kept coming back and they fixed it for us. My husband and I are over the moon about it. William and his apprentice are a great team and I am thankful to have worked with them. Jana in the office is also very helpful and had great communication.

Chris and Jay were phenomenal. They came because I had some drainage issues that was stopping my AC unit from operating. I initially directed them to the attic where it had to have been triple digit heat, but they went up there ready to do whatever was necessary. But Chris, being the expert that he is, knew where the problem was and fixed it quicker that I could type this message. Five star service across the board!!

We had a plumbing emergency late in the day with a shower valve leaking so badly it was coming through our ceiling to the lower level. Chris from All Points Plumbing arrived promptly and was an absolute lifesaver. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the main shower valve leak, which was a huge relief. But what truly set him apart was his willingness to go above and beyond – he even discovered and fixed an additional leak at our hot water heater that we weren't even aware of! Chris was professional, thorough, and incredibly skilled. We are so grateful for his excellent work and highly recommend All Points Plumbing, especially Chris for any plumbing needs. Aram & Colton were great. Very polite and patient. They took the time to explain what was wrong, and made sure to take care of the broken pipe.

Issac communicated easily what was needed to fix the cold water connection under the sink and brought all the correct supplies based on the pictures I sent him. He and Alex arrived as scheduled and finished the repairs quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and were very respectful of my home. Couldn't have been any easier to get this repair taken care of! All Points was dispatched for a home warranty claim. The service was fantastic! We were contacted quickly by dispatch for an appointment the next day. Chris showed up with his coworker and tackled the problem immediately. They were here less than 30 minutes. The work was done to our satisfaction and they were very polite. We couldn't be more pleased. We will use them again, without hesitation!

These guys were awesome. They came the same day I called, fixed both my toilets quickly and were very clean, even wore booties to enter our home. I would recommend them to anyone!

Today Justin came to my home find leak when he found it he repair quick and fast. He provided excellent customer service doing is visit to my home. He wouldn’t leave until he was able to vacuum up the mess he made. I just want to say thanks Justin for all information you provided me today.

John and his assistant arrived in a timely way and through a very complete examination found a large clog which affected draining of washer, causing overflow from water backing up in washer drain line and both kitchen sinks, which had caused a flooding event. We cannot praise John and the company enough. Our plumber for Life. We recommend them highly!
I should add we acquired them through American Home Shield, so our cost was $100.00. I do not know how much our policy paid for.

Chris and John were amazing. They were extremely professional, informative about the project and very kind. I am extremely impressed with their approach to their work and the performance of their expertise. Their level of concern to do the best job was very impressive! I highly recommend this company and their staff.

I was assigned this contractor through my American Home Shield home warranty, which I’ve had for eight years. Despite that, the warranty will only cover about $800 of a roughly $2,000 water heater replacement (according to their technician).

All Points came out two days after I opened the claim and confirmed the heater needed to be replaced. Although my warranty approved it immediately, All Points refused to schedule even a tentative appointment until I paid a $299 “permit” fee. The City of Shenandoah does not charge them this fee—this is strictly All Points’ own administrative charge just to request the permit, which is outrageous. And because they label it as a “permit fee” instead of an installation or administrative fee (which is what it actually is), it is not covered by the warranty.

Because All Points was closed for four days over Thanksgiving, I couldn’t provide payment until Monday. Their extended closure and lack of urgency are surprising for a plumbing company. Other plumbers in my area were available sooner, but I was required to use All Points, leaving me without hot water for more than a week.

Their communication, lack of transparency around hidden fees, and overall customer service have been extremely poor. They showed no concern for elderly family members and children living in the homes they work. After I reasonably asked for an explanation of the $299 charge, I was clearly pushed to the lowest priority. The earliest appointment they offered was Wednesday (possibly), and I was even reminded they were “doing me a favor” while waiting on the permit. Meanwhile, when I called the City of Shenandoah myself, they confirmed the permit was being processed today—within an hour of this review.

I am switching home warranty providers and strongly recommend choosing companies that offer urgency, transparency in their fees, and basic respect for their customers—especially when someone has been without hot water for eight days in cold weather. And as of now, I am still waiting for All Points to confirm the appointment and perform the service.

After posting this review, they actually sent an email cancelling the service - after I waited for 8 days for them to replace the approved water heater, and paying for the $299 admin fee! Please do not trust this company, absolute disrespect to customers.

American Home Shield assigned this company to unclog my kitchen sink. The guy came out and snaked the drain he said he snaked the pipe about 6 or 7 feet and it came back with grease. In the kitchen is that not what goes down a sink with food in the garbage disposal. I told him he needed to snake about 100 ft. He stated there is no snake that long and stated in his notes he was unable to clear the clog. He stated they would have to come back the next day and clean the pipes out with a hydro jet. I hired another plumber and they snaked the drain about 69 or 70 ft and unclogged the drain. These companies are coming out and pretending to do the job to charge you higher prices. They want $349.99 to clear the clog and I already paid them American Home Shield $100.00. I paid the other plumber less than $200.00 Make it make sense.

The Technician that was sent out by All Points was great! Came in an addressed the issue quickly. Their dispatch was great to communicate with and they showed up in great time! Highly recommend this company and their technician William.

The guys that came were awesome. I placed a service request with my home warranty because I had a toilet that was not flushing all the way. Turned out there was something stuck in the pipe and preventing the water from going down properly. Not only did they fix my clog but they replaced a valve and got my toilet running smoother than it was before the clog! And they were fast! I would definitely recommend.

We live in Katy, and have had Matthew from All Points out to our home for a couple different repairs. Both were warranty work for American Home Shield, and he did outstanding work each visit, with professionalism, confidence, and overall kindness. What a relief, actual competence!

I had a very sudden water leak from my half BR toilet. The water came suddenly, going into other rooms. We shut the water off to the house. Our home warranty assigned all points Plumbing. They close at 5pm, I called them at 4:55. The dispatcher immediately dispatched the plumber, Alex. He arrived, along with Nathan. This was after hours, and they were diligent in trying to solve the problem. Hours later, they stopped the water from overflowing but the actual cause was not yet determined. Alex took this personal challenge and they would be back the next day. When they came back, Alex and Nathan were back at work trying to solve this puzzle. The dynamic duo, as we called them, figured out the problem.it wasn't great news, but no more leak. We will have a long term, costly solution. But at least we now know what is next. All Points Plumbing, LLC has great customer service, and dedicated and skilled plumbers. Thank you, to the dispatcher, Alex and Nathan.

All points plumbing did a great job completing all repairs. My Technician Maik was real knowledgeable and appeared to enjoy his job. Called before he came over, and didn't take him long to complete the work. Highly recommended.

I placed a service request through our home warranty company. All Points responded quickly to my request and got the appointment set up. Scotty, the repair tech that came was excellent. Diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the new garbage disposal that was needed in his truck. Very professional and friendly. He put shoe covers on to come in the house and cleaned up completely. I would highly recommend All Points.

Donovan came out to identify a leak in my hot water line. He quickly pinpointed the leak to a spot between the shower and vanity. Donovan thoroughly explained the best options for repairing the leak and valued my input. He skillfully inserted a flexible line through the damaged pipe, avoiding the need to chip up the floor or access the attic. I was truly impressed by his quick response, expertise, and professionalism. This is the second time Emergency Local Plumbing has helped me, and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends, family, and even strangers I encounter. Most importantly, the cost was very fair and lower than I anticipated.
