Incredibly pleased and thankful. Matthew responded quickly and was able to come out same day to fix my disposal. They are friendly and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them the next time I have an issue.

Our water heater died, Freedom came out to give us a quote, and then was back within 24hrs to replace it. 10/10 experience and will definitely call them for any plumbing issues or needs in the future.

Matt sent me a proposal to install a home backup generator through his sister company. I agreed to his proposal and put 50% deposit down in late August. It's been 25 weeks, and I still don't have a generator installed. He has repeatedly missed commitments he has made, and is not responding to calls and texts.
Update - almost one full year now, and no generator delivered. Pathetic.

Matt at Freedom Plumbing has completed multiple services for me in the past. Most recently, he helped with a shower install. Freedom Plumbing is reliable, fair, and professional.

I can't thank Matt enough for his plumbing services. First, he replaced our water heaters with a tankless one. He was efficient, communicative, professional, and cost competitive.
Secondly, we had a leak in our house on a Friday night. He came out immediately, worked to find a solution and got our water system back up and running in a timely manner.

Had a great experience with Matt and Freedom plumbing. Noticed one of our water heaters was leaking and Matt was able to quickly come out to assess the situation and provide us with a couple of options. He also took care of some other things with our outside faucets. His response was quick and prices fair.

My father is elderly and his downstairs bathroom sink faucet was barely working. We bought a new faucet and I tried to install on a Sat afternoon/evening but I had trouble removing the drain assembly and that resulted in a leak...
I called Freedom Plumbing that same Sat at 9p and got in touch with Matt and set up an appoinent for Sunday at 11a-1p. Matt showed up at 12p and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes and charged us a fair price for a Sunday call. I would highly recommend Freedom Plumbing to anybody who is looking for plumbing work!

Let me just say that Matt has been very responsive from the moment I first reached out through the new hot water install. Might I add, our hot water heater is in a not so easy to reach corner of the attic. Scheduling was fast, communication was great but it’s customer service that will bring me back!

Serviced water heater their first visit. Non charge due to nothing being wrong with unit. Very kind of Matt! Matt was very nice and professional.

Had sink issue. No follow up back to me with solution. I followed up 1 time after and no follow up again.

Recently scheduled them to be at my house. They were an hour late so I called for an update. Was advised I would get called back when they got closer to my house. 90 minutes later no call no show. Haven’t heard back for a reschedule.

Won’t be using services anymore after 2 times of being ghosted.

Matt was absolutely amazing. I called him on a Tuesday after 5 pm telling him my husband tried to fix the bathroom sink and was unsuccessful so I needed him to come and actually fix it. He got me in the schedule for the next morning. And before noon on Wednesday the bathroom sink was fixed. The communication was great and the service was speedy and exactly what I needed after the bathroom being out of order for almost a week.

My Plummer was Scotty. He arrived on time and was respectful of my property. He was polite, he kept me informed on what he was doing and what he discovered. He replace the faucet, cleaned up and left. He did not make me feel he was rushing me. He did a great job.

The All Points team was knowledgeable and courteous! Isaac and Justin completed my repair professionally and efficiently. Also great communication by Janet to ensure the part was available. Excellent customer service!

We reached out to our home warranty company because our shower head was leaking and the water pressure was really low. All Points Plumbing came to our home and did an excellent job fixing the problem without any issues. From my experience, home warranty companies often make promises about what they cover, but when it comes time to fix something, it’s not always as straightforward as they advertise. In these situations, companies like All Points Plumbing are often unfairly blamed, even though they are just doing their job. Keith from All Points Plumbing was really helpful—he took the time to explain exactly what was covered by our warranty and what wasn’t. Thanks to him, everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I’m very grateful to All Points Plumbing for their outstanding service.

Great service experience from All Points Plumbing. They were able to fit me in right away and the techs they sent out, Randall and Colton, were very nice and professional. They were appointed through my home warranty company and never did any service but still charged me and the warranty company. They do NO initial inquiry into your service issue so they can arrive on-site and charge you for the service call even though they never do ANY service work. They don’t even look at the product. They stood in the doorway and determined it wasn’t covered and then charged me anyway. Is that anyway to conduct a business?
In response: access was never denied! Once they were told the issue they stated it wasn’t covered. They said it had to start actually leaking in order for it to be covered. Making very loud banging noises where people can’t sleep isn’t good enough. They never left the front entrance!

Plumbers Chris and Ryan came Monday morning. I had only put the request in Sunday evening. The quick response was appreciated. They diagnosed problem with the toilet and fixed it right away.i would highly recommend All Points Plumbibg for all plumbing needs.

We were having issues with our garbage disposal, but when it started leaking, I created an American Home Shield warranty request. I received a call from All Points Plumbing, saying Justin will be there between 9 AM - 1 PM. He called me before he came over and said he was on his way. When he arrived, he was polite, courteous, and professional. He even wore those little shoe booties to protect my floors 😂. He replaced my damaged garbage disposal, answered allllllllllll my questions and I think he was out of here within an hour.

My toilet clogged up and backed up into my tub. All Points Plumbing sent William out to address my issue. He brought his assistant, not sure of his name.
They did troubleshooting for 2 hours, trying everything they could think of and had no resolve so they came back the next day. They spent a total of 4 hours before the resolve would happen.
William was wonderful. He never gave up. He just kept working. Finally, he had a jetter brought to him and used that to unclog a length of pipe that was blocked and inaccessible to the camera.
He was so awesome! Very professional and informative. I highly endorse this company. I’ve gone through them before and will absolutely go through them in the future.
