Hard to find good, reliable and honest plumbers... but these guys do a good job.

When they arrived there were skull and cross bone stickers all over the van and blacked out windows. Extremely unprofessional. Didn't want them around my family, in my home or on my property. Beware

I called them to fix a sink faucet dripping problem under 2-year new home warranty, they replaced the faucet and the new faucet is still have water dripping issue, I called them and they giving excuse not to fix the problem, I even talked to home builder's construction manager about it, after the construction manager called them on the phone, they sent a plumber over and tell me they will replace a new faucet and someone will call me tomorrow to schedule a time, the next day no one called me, they lied to me again.

Chaparral Plumbing installed the plumbing system for my new home. They did a great job and i am pleased with the installation and performance.

Chaparral rep was very professional nice and informative. He found a few things out of place on my new sink and quickly fixed the issue.

Absolutely horrible, unprofessional business. Came 2 hours late for appointment, stayed for less than 1 minute and left without fixing problem. Did not troubleshoot. Had a horrible attitude when I asked questions. Don't give them your business.

Employee in company vehicle 391 nearly T-boned my vehicle while driving down the road and they had a stop sign. Then he proceeds to give me the finger. Called the office and they acted like this is regular here. Won’t ever think to call them for plumbing needs.
