Most disrespectful master plumber with this company. I just got off the phone trying to explain how a water dripping sound in my ceiling is worrying me when using an upstairs bathroom which started recently. Knowing that my warranty is almost up, this rude master plumber said it's on me because if there is no leak showing in the ceiling there is nothing they can do. It is a familiar comment when warranty is up. As I explained to him that I been to neighbors with similar plan to observe and ask. they do not experience. He just hang up on me. Called back to say that was disrespectful of him he said he was glad I know that of him. Be careful buying property with long lake builders as they are the contract plumbers. The builder only told me he cant do anything because it's on contractor. It's a trap you can live with. I am taking further actions but be careful because if I discover it's a plumbing error it will be my responsibility after my warranty.

Tiffany got us in the next business day from when we contacted her. Jeremy called on his way in the timeframe Tiffany scheduled. Jeremy quickly assessed our leak in the ceiling and fixed it. He also fixed a valve/hose bib junction. Excellent work, highly recommended.

I bought a new construction home in Morton Creek Ranch and Chaparral Plumbing is the plumbing company. When I brought the home there was a cracked tile directly behind the toilet. In order to fix it the company had to come out and remove the toilet. When they reinstalled the toilet it was not leveled correctly. It was installed with a slight wobble that had gotten worse over time, where I have noticed the caulk beginning to crack. The toilet was reinstalled in 2023. I thought I could live with it in till I noticed the caulk cracking. I should have called them immediately, but I had so many other issues with the home from cosmetic, electrical, and now plumbing. Life gets busy. When you build a new construction home you expect everything to be done correctly. When I did reach out to Chaparral Pumping so it could be corrected I was informed it would cost $175 for them to come out and re-caulk the toilet and it is no longer covered by warranty. The caulk cracking is just a symptom of the issue. The issue is the toilet was not re-installed level and it wobbled. I spoke with a manager named Kirk Jones, he wanted to place the blame on me, insisting that I may of fallen on the toilet or jumped on it. Which I found petulant. And he spoke as if I was a child and didn’t understand how a toilet worked. The flange should be level with the floor, the toilet should be securely fashioned to the flange without the slightest wobble at all, completely level. Quality work is quality work period and quality work can last a decade plus. When I do need to fix the problem I plan to give my money to a company that stands behind their work, not one that makes excuses and places the blame on the customer. I am very disappointed with the plumbing company the builder contacted with.

Our water heater was leaking. All plumbers we called could not come out till 3weeks or more. Warren's was able to come out in less than a week and replace our water heater.

We were assigned this company through Lowe’s. They had the wrong name and email. Scheduled us but didn’t call to let us know. Luckily I called and asked about scheduling. Come Friday, we got a text from Lowe’s saying our apt was rescheduled 10 days later than the original apt. We called this company they did not answer. Tried again on Saturday. No answer, no response to voicemail. Tried again Monday, and they still did not answer or respond to our voicemail. Today (Tuesday) I call and once again, no answer. My husband called from his phone and he answered just to angrily say he had to reschedule because he is working out of pocket for medical reasons and hung up on him. We have since made a complaint with Lowe’s and will not be using this plumbing service again.

Very unprofessional. I asked for someone to come out to give a estimate which I was shopping around. I explained this to the tech and he immediately canceled my appointment. I told him I would still like for him to come out. He was very nasty and told me he would block my number. All because I wanted to shop for prices???

Our water heater went out and we knew of Lou from our community on FB that he had done work for several of our neighbors. We had already ordered a new WH when we contacted him last Friday. He told us to take photos of information on our unit and send it to him. He called back to say you don’t need a new one I can order the part and have it repaired on Monday......obviously this was way cheaper than buying a new one. He was very nice, knowledgable, and reasonable, he also answered other miscellaneous plumbing questions for us. We will undoubtedly use him for any future plumbing problems and highly recommend him. Thanks again Lou for a job well done!
