I was driving home tonight from work at 1:30am and saw this truck come out of Joys and cross six lanes of traffic. Went into the oncoming traffic swerving from far right to far left almost running into me. Hope no one gets hurt tonight because the driver was clearly intoxicated.

Horrible Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!! The girls are rude that answer your calls!!!!!!!!

They are liars!! The girls Need retraining on being profesional and less time on trying to make the customer a liar!!!!!!!

Waited all day for a plumber to come and the plumber never showed up for the day scheduled. Called the next day and the Girl stated "someone already been to your house."

Tried to explain that no one came and this is what I get back "You calling me a lie!! You are a ignorant customer." After that, the plumber shows up.

The problem is with the Childish and immature girls in the office.
All it takes is one bad Apple to spoil the entire bunch.

Challenging the customer is not the answer!!!

The reason their mentioned as girls, simply because young ladies don't act in such a manner!! Just peer ignorance!!!

They have skilled plumbers who are super nice to their customers. They always respond to my calls for him quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. They have never let me down.

The team at Chaparral Plumbing was prompt, professional, and did an outstanding job on a few items that I needed help with. I would very highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

Jeremy was professional, communicative, and fixed it very quickly - same day when we had a clogged pipe. Highly recommend

James has fixed several new build issues for our home, and is always kind, quick, and efficient! He also explains the issue, and what you can do to avoid it, and how to fix minor issues without anyone needing to come out!

Customer service is horrible. Girl I spoke with on the phone was very rude. Water leak at my newly built home, reported 2 days ago, still waiting for a crew to show up as told by the company. When asked about water Bill etc they said well turn the water on the house off? Are you serious? I live here. Would never use them on my own, just warranty work.

Horrible company. One of their drivers was driving erratically on the highway and rear ended my wife. He then drove along side her while trying to push her off the roadway. She was on the phone with 911 during this time, and thankfully a sheriff was near to help. We still do NOT have our car fixed because no one at the company will answer the phone or return calls to their insurance company. The man who hit her was driving the company truck. Very unethical . Do not use this company .

Gouging on prices. Way too much for small things, i.e. $700 for a 3 foot section of tubing on a house with no sheetrock or anything in the way. The prices don't make sense. It apparently costs the same to run underground plumbing as it does to do in house water lines on a new build. So many connections on something that could have been run with less connections. Plans aren't followed and they don't even ask, they just changed stuff on their own. They did at least seem to take space in attic into consideration. It apparently takes over a week to update a quote because stuff was missed (not on our part). Extra holes drilled which weren't needed in the top plate and grinding of a support board which was unnecessary. Definitely try someone else. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

My last service by this provider was over 4 years ago. Chaparral Plumbing was the original contractors for my house. The work and re-work in my house by them was sub-par (below average). In short, I enlisted the aide of another plumbing service to correct those issues and bring the house back up to standard.

This company customer service was horrible. They were very rude. I had a brand new house built 6 years ago. My water line burst on my home and my neighbors home both were installed by Chaparral Plumbing. I called to let them know another plumber has already checked it out and told me it was an improper install. I wanted them to come out and look at it and it costs $135 an hour for them to look at their work.

This company was the plumber that our builder used. Sadly one of the caps on an unused port in our pex panel leaked about 4mo into owning our home. They came out and tightened the cap. About 3weeks after our warranty ended it started leaking again. You just cant go any more tight on these panels since they are plastic. They diagnosed that it was a bad panel and was warped so the seal on the port was bad. They replaced our pex panel a couple weeks out of the builder warranty. They stand by the warranty w/ the builder. Good work and good people who who stood by there work to fix something out of both of our control.

I later used them again to add a hose bib in the garage.

    I would use them again.

PS water sensors are your best friends, I highly recommend putting them in all water areas in your home; behind toilets, under sinks, any water pan etc.. They can save you a ton of money and catch leaks before they cause any damage.

Called them to fix multiple problems with the plumbing on my new house that they originally plumbed (2 years, 4 months ago). The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and informed me that my warranty was out of date (was a 2 year warranty) and that they would come out for $135 per hour to fix the leaking kitchen sink, guest bathroom sink, and guest bathroom toilet. When I asked if they had a grace period on the warranty since it was a new build and shouldn't have this many problems in such a short amount of time, she rudely informed me that no, she had already told me my warranty had expired. She couldn't have cared less and her poor attitude shined through. I would never use or recommend this company, in fact, I'll be sure to let everyone I know how helpful they are when the crap job they originally did fails. I'd give zero stars or 1/2 star if that was an option.

Recommended you avoid using this business. Chaparral plumbing did the original work in my home. Now we are having to spend more money to undo and redo the poor work that was done. Phone calls have not been returned and there is always an excuse for everything.

Reckless employees driving the work truck with the license plate KGY8010. Swerved out in front of several people in Spring. I watched them brake check someone twice and then cut off another person. They swerved out in front of someone exiting the ramp because they waited until the last minute (without a signal) to leave the ramp. Don’t text and drive in the work truck and maybe it’ll be easier to exit.

These plumbers are the most lazy people in the profession. I showed the plumber how a piece of lime/lemon just spins around and doesn't get chewed up and disposed of with the garbage disposal and he says that's how its suppose to work and sounds just fine. Keep in mind the garbage disposal is under new home warranty and this is the first month of living here. He says we can pay to get a better one. I say its under warranty and give me one that works. If I could give negative stars I would.

They have made two separate appointments with me and have failed to show up to either of them. No call to inform me they are running late. I had to call to see where they were after the appointment window passed. We left several messages after the first missed appointment and did not receive a call back. Eventually I was able to get someone on the phone after about a week. The home builder called and stated that this plumbing company informed him the work had been completed so they could go ahead with other repairs that need to be done. Sadly, that was a flat out lie. Why would you inform someone the work had been completed if you fail to even show up to your appointment? Not a trustworthy company! They don’t care about your time and their lack of communication unprofessional. If we didn’t have a 2 year warranty with them, I would definitely use a different company.

James from Chaparral Plumbing was recently at my home to check the vibrations and leakage from the outdoor hose bib. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and replaced both the front yard and back yard hose bibs. He also checked the sounds coming from my sink and deducted that the sounds are coming from the AC and advised me to reach out to an AC company. Additionally, he fixed the loose bathtub spout.

I am very pleased with the services that James provided. He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He also went above and beyond to help me with the AC issue. I would highly recommend James from Chaparral Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I was particularly impressed with James's attention to detail. He took the time to explain the problem to me and answer all of my questions. He also made sure to clean up the work area before he left. I would definitely use Chaparral Plumbing again in the future.
