I've been using Warren's plumbing for several years for my business - a 16 story residential high rise building. Louie can always be counted on for the job being done right the first time. The job site is always left perfectly clean and I never have to worry about quality.

Very solid company, found a leak no one else could, saved me tons of headache!!

Called 3 other plumbers with house water shutoff. They were all booked for weeks. Warren's said they could be here in 90 minutes. Rang doorbell 10 minutes early, had the right part and left an hour later with water back on in house. Bill was very reasonable for the quick service. Warren's is my new go to plumber.

Warren called me and walked me through what I needed to do in order to stop the noise from the pipes that was driving me crazy. I had someone already scheduled to come out and guaranteed to charge a service charge. It is awesome to have some good honest plumbers we can rely. Thank you again for everything.

Highly recommended! Good old fashioned honesty and integrity are a rare commodity nowadays. Lou has it and just installed a new high quality gas water heater in our house for a very reasonable price and did an excellent job. I have been ripped off in the past by ARS Rescue Rooter and other such big companies. Give him a call, he deserves your business and you will be glad you did.

Warren's Plumbing installed two water heaters for us. Lou Warren was very cordial, competent, and willing to share his plumbing knowledge. At my request, he performed our job on a quoted hourly rate. This allowed me to drain our old water heaters (a time consuming task) and disconnect them in advance. He made a fair Master Plumber rate for the reduced time he needed to do a quality installation. We have a quality installation at a fair cost.

I had my water heater replaced. They did great work for a great price.

Very professional. Called and was able to schedule someone promptly. Lou came out and quickly assessed the issue and was descriptive of everything taking the time to explain what was wrong and wrote it down (I was selling my house, and it was leaking at the meter and determined it was from my neighbor's side). Asked if he had additional time to look at another issue and quickly changed out 2 outdoor spigots (both were rusted - 1 had a leak and the other I had to cut off the hose end I couldn't remove during winter). Prices seemed affordable compared to others I've called or dealt with previously. Have since moved away from the area but have his number saved to share with others and if we ever move back! Thanks again.

Recommended highly by a friend, the work performed by Warren's was excellent. I had a faucet handle and drain repaired, a kitchen sink faucet repaired, and two water heaters installed. Louie Warren shows up on time and completes work timely and in a quality manner. I have found my forever plumber.

This company offers fair pricing and quick response times. I made an appointment for an installation of a new kitchen faucet along with two angle stop valve replacements. Bill and helper arrived right on time. Friendly and ready to work. They went straight to work and completed the job promptly, testing and checking the system thoroughly. Bill also made me aware of some future services to consider in a knowledgeable, non-pushy manner. I certainly will think about it and give Warren’s a call when I’m ready.

No call, no show for our appointment. We ended up going with A.A. portable sanitation and had a great experience.

Called and in a desperate situation. Mr Waddell said he could be here in a couple hours. So relieved. Very nice man and very helpful with any questions and concerns.

I always call Waddell for septic tank pumping. Mr. Waddell was right there the day I called. I have used Waddell for many years. They are the greatest.

We bought our house in March 2020 and have several septic issues. We’ve had others look at it and it never helped but these guys did a great job and they were friendly. Highly recommend! They know what they are doing!

Appointment set on Sept 13th for water heater replacement on Oct 7 at 1pm. I called to confirm on the 6th at 4:17pm. He said had a morning emergency, then he would be there. When he was not on time I was not worried. At 2:50 pm I called him checking on the status. He said he had waited for an inspector who was late, had 45 min worth of work then he would be at my house. I wondered what kind of emergency requires an inspector.
It is now 6:21pm. He has not shown, nor has be bothered to call. I will be calling another plumber in the morning.

Called Bears and Colby and Mike showed up and took care of business. Communicated well on what needed to be done and went above beyond with repairing my main water line that had suffered a leak from shifting tree roots. Will call them again with any of my plumbing needs.

Bear's Plumbing has always been quick to respond and provided courteous, efficient service. I appreciate having a nice human to speak with on the phone also, instead of automated answering service.
