Impossible to get a hold of the manager if you have any issues. Employees are not accommodating and are not equipped to handle any customer complaints. It’s very disappointing that this business is still in business.

Beautiful material , and a wide variety to choose from . The gentleman loading the material is helpful and polite but i unfortunately can’t say the same for the office staff . Absolutely no kind of customer service, prepare to make multiple transactions since she acts like you’re going to drive off with the material. Will be visiting this location as a last resort for sure ..

They have really nice flowers and
trees. The staff is very courteous and their potting soil is amazing.

Absolutely horrible. They sold us a tree that died a few months into being planted (and well watered and giving amply nutrition). Upon inspection of the tree a few months into being planted, it was clear that they cut many of the branches on the exact side (the left side when looking at it from out back porch) that was dying. One side seemed fine, the other side would not grown and the leaves died on the this side. Looking over the tree it was obvious they cut many branches on this dying/dead side, in order to conceal this when they sold us the tree. You can't miss looking a tree where one side was alive, and one side was dead. And again, MANY branches were cut on only the side of the tree where is was dying/dead. I called and left the nursery several messages to discuss the condition of the tree, three messages to be exact, and they ignored every one of them. If they sold me a tree that was fine, then the right thing to do would be to call me back and explain their point of view, that perhaps the tree just needed time to grow. But when you sell a product that you intentionally cut the branches that were dead, to conceal the health of the tree, and deceive the customer...then you ignore the 3 voicemails. If you decide to give your hard earned money to a company that has done this, you'll only support their bad practices. The best thing for the consumer, is that companies like this go out of business!

Bought two queen palms. Just had them planted this morning. The staff were very knowledgeable and great to work with. The crew that installed the trees were excellent.

We went here for Mother's Day and probably won't be back. The tropicals were plentiful to pick from but not many of the things I usually buy that are natives. The biggest issue we had is we learned they have multiple cats that are not spayed on the property. The owner talks about the litters the cats have all the time. She gave us a kitten claiming the mother kills the kittens. While we are enjoying our kitten we want to encourage spaying the cats on the property.

Awesome job by these guys and the very helpful office staff. I purchased a Florida Sabal palm 5 years ago and they professionally installed it and it survived the 2021 Texas Freeze because they dug out the hole 3 ft deep by 3 ft wide and used their garden soil mix to allow proper root growth. Planting trees is more than digging a hole 🕳 and putting in the plant. Just had another Florida Sabal palm installed today August 2,2022
By the way, they have good competitive prices. You can go to Moon Nursery if you want to pay much more.

When looking for palms or other trees, this was the best full service nursery we visited. The team planted a beautiful palm in our backyard and handled all the prep work with the utilities prior to coming. They also worked with us while we were deciding how many and where to put our palms. We will recommend to our friends and family and be back again soon!

The BEST yard by far! From the selection of plants, stone, gravel, and fertilizers to the amazing customer service. It is my one stop shop. Love to support local small owned family businesses and this is definitely one of them! Can't wait to come back :)

The consultants are very knowledgeable about what grows in the local area and sun exposure. Plants are more than reasonably priced and mature. Even the guys who came to plant my trees were on time neat and pleasant. By far the BEST nursery and has everything to complete your project. They even have people to assist with designs.

Great service, selection, and pricing. We will definitely come back to this place for our landscaping needs. Upon our arrival we were greeted by someone who showed us the plants and trees we were interested in. I wish all nurseries were this helpful!

I wish there could be 10 stars. Plant selection is AWESOME, GREAT PRICES and CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING! I was helped by Luna, she’s great, a sweet girl who had an answer for all our my questions and if she doesn’t knows it, she finds it!!! Best nursery I’ve been too! Great job to the big boss and his team! 10 more stars to Luna for her awesomeness!!

Great prices on palms. Excellent customer service

We had fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. They provide delivery and installation as well. All in, still cheaper than Houston Garden Center for same or better product. Will be returning here next time we need anything landscaping related.

Do be careful of the parking though - it's a bit tight. We just found an open area and parked without any issues.

Great company, service, prices, and selection.

Also very convenient as it backs up to my acreage where I have several landscape projects.

Terrible customer service. After purchasing over $1000, came back to exchange 1 plant and offered to pay the difference. I didn’t have the receipt or card as my husband made the initial purchase only a few hours earlier. But they saw I brought the plant from my vehicle, they agreed to swap it out, I put the plant back and grabbed a new one. They made me pay full price even though I put the other plant back!

We had a great experience here! We brought photos of the space we were trying to fill and the measurements and showed them to staff there. We were then personally walked around and shown different options that would work for our space. Their prices were fair, the plants were well taken care of and we got lots of great ideas!

This place is one of a kind. Employees have zero regard to customer and the manager is nowhere to be found.

I was here on July 16th around 11am. I selected my trees, gave them my money and arranged to be back for pick up the same day. I was told they close at 3pm on Sundays, and was assured by Sonia that they’ll stay open since I made a transaction. I left the location for 2h to rent heavy equipment to transport and install the trees, yet “Beyond Paradise” ignorantly closed its doors earlier. I have waisted money and time and heard zero solution to my problem. It’s Beyond Disgusting how they treat their customers.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and they have a wonderful selection of amazing plants!! We are relandscaping our backyard. We have been working with Sonia at Beyond Paradise. Her knowledge of plants is beyond helpful! The selection and variation of plants is wonderful! This is our new go to for landscape needs.

They have a MASSIVE selection of plants. I was shocked at how much inventory there was. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the prices were also better than other nurseries in the area. Will be back for sure!
