Only about half of the plants are labeled and none of the rows are numbered so if you like a plant it's very hard to go back and find it again

Just awful. Parking wasn't clearly marked, neither were the buildings. The employees scowled at me as I walked up form my car and the whole place was a complete mess.

Please people be careful with this outrageous prices this people are giving..I went there to see 4 trees that i wanted and then went to Houston Garden Center and you will save half off any tree then buying at Beyond paradise...This people are making money so please before going there,please shop around and yall will see that im saying the truth...If you pay for any tree or plant there,make sure you like it and dont pay before because they will charge you a 25% stocking fee..One last thing,the trees that i looked at there, they were all brown and were not well taking care of..Be careful what yall buy if yall buy there,and do not sign any receipts there or you will get screwed...please read other reviews and yall will see how other people are mad and unsatisfied.

I was attended by a man named Noe. It was the worst experience I have ever had. Too bad because I have referred many clients to Beyond Paradise, but after this experience I never referred any more. Hope they do something about it 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I honestly rather not give any stars if I could. Noe is rude. I called from the work phone and call was rejected. Called again and once again rejected, so I proceeded to call from my personal phone and he finally answered that call. I asked for his name and asked to speak to a manager and immediately said "I call you back" then hung up on me! You just lost a customer here.

Our go to for plants and flowers. Neat as a pin. Large selection. And staff that are knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a good selection of landscape materials.

Rude personnel and their prices are the highest in Cypress and Tomball! For instance they had 3 gallon double knockouts for $29 and they’re $16.99 at H-E-B at 290/Barker Cypress! I could go on and on. This was my first and last time going here. And the parking is terrible.

Very customer oriented and professional. Strong selection of shade plants, palms and big trees. Needs more variety in the perennial area.

The service was bad and knew nothing about a lot of plants. There were no labels so I had to go based on my knowledge from working in a garden park. The prices were too high for simple plants that are easy starters.

We absolutely loved this place! They were so friendly and answered all of our questions... they helped us organize our thoughts and get the plants we needed! Lovely place. We are one step closer to planting our garden.
