This is such a great company. We have used them for about three years now and just recently had the house and shed treated for termites. Everyone who has come out for our lawn, trees and house has been so helpful and polite: Austin, Jordan, Aaron, Luis, Sonia, and others. I am happy that I choose this company to treat my lawn and also the shed.

Recently got to have Top Notch service my lawn. Been having tons of problems over the last couple of years and even went through several different companies and individuals (you truly get what you pay for) before landing on Top Notch.

I have been loyal to Top Notch for several year. We have been through a series of technicians, but have struck gold with Jordan. He is punctual, efficient and professional. He takes personal responsibility for his work, and will apply special treatments as needed. I appreciate that fact that Top Notch lets me know the day before treatment, and also still allows me to pay my bill by check (old school here). There are plenty of lawn services available, but I choose to stay with Top Notch and Jordan.

UPDATE: Virgil with TNT contacted me today and went out and put eyes on my yard. He has come up with a game plan to get rid of not only the Virginia button weed but all the weeds in my yard.

Making the effort to contact me and make things right, goes a long long way in my book. So I have decided to give them a chance to "get rid of all my weeds" as Virgil has stated; and because they reached out, I am also upping the stars from 2 to 3. Once I see how the new game plan goes, I'll post a new update and hopefully increase the star position. SIDE NOTE: I also learned that it was not the weed application that almost destroyed my lemon tree, but some kind of bug. Thank you for pointing that out to us Virgil, I have removed that info. from my original post.

I have been using TNT lawn services for a few years, and although they started out great, things have gone down hill. I have been battling Virginia button weed in my yard for 2-3 years, never did the tech report this issue, I had to point it out every year. They come and spray and nothing happens to the weeds. They come back out to re-apply and still nothing happens. The last time they were coming I told them that whatever they are using isn't working. I was told they are using new chemicals, so again nothing happened. Button weed still going strong.
We get a different tech every time, even though I have repeatedly asked for David. They not only went up in prices but also the number of applications are now 9 in a year instead of 6. 9 that does nothing to kill the weeds. I do have to say that the fertilizer is good. My lawn is a pretty green, but so are the weeds.
So this has been our last year. I'll be looking for a new provider.

We started using Tnt a few years ago when our yard had more weeds than grass. They have done an excellent job. But once Jordan took over our account the service has even gotten better. He is genuinely concerned about the yard and responds quickly and professionally to any issues

I don't know how to explain my experience with Top Notch Turf other than excellent. My yard is thriving, I have had no issues with sod web worms since they started a few years ago and Jordan has been communicating and giving tips which is what I like to have in a yard service. Jordan takes his time, is polite, and most of all thorough with his work. The fact that he came by the yard between treatments to add a little root stimulator on the grass shows he cares about the yard like it was his own. Thanks TNT for hiring Jordan and having him on my route.

Been using TNT for years. Virgil is great; very responsive to questions and problems that pop up between scheduled treatments. Jordan is the technician who treats my lawn, and he does a great job, too. My lawn looks better every year and is the envy of the neighborhood.

Jordan with TNT has been servicing my house for a while now and he is great! He always lets me know when he’s coming and what he’s doing to the yard- and provides me with info on what I need to do in terms of watering and what to expect. I highly recommend TNT!

I could not be happier with TNT. I do all services and my yard looks GREAT and the best part is NO BUGS. I don’t know what they use, but it is ALL exterior and I NEVER have a bug. This company is responsive, on time and always ready to help or consult. LOVE LOVE LOVE TNT.
