Arc Angels to the rescue! Our almost 70 year old fuse box was giving up the ghost. Way below code. Scarily undependable. They came out, evaluated the problem, and scheduled a replacement box promptly. They replaced box, labeled the switches, cleaned up, and left us very satisfied with an affordable bill. Arc Angel updated our entire power distribution panel when we purchased our home. Their service and professionalism then was outstanding. Four years later we added a hot tub and needed a 220v circuit way on the other side of the house. I am pleased to say Arc Angel has not changed. Friendly and professional from the quotes to the notice of arrival to when they were on the job all day to when they cleaned up after the job. I wish all contractors were in the same class as Arc Angel Services.

I need to give a HUGE shout-out to Arc Angel Services! My husband and I decided to update our breaker box. And OMG, I did not realize how much this was needed! I have attached some photos so that everyone can see the difference. We were not aware that our house was not even up to code, inside or out! But thanks to Arc Angel, we are now.
But that is not all I want to say about them. First, my husband was out of town when this job started, and I was home alone with all 5 of our dogs. I am told ahead of time that the power will be disconnected all day in the middle of summer! The owner Mike, offered a generator to keep my dogs comfortable, if I could block off 1 room. Unfortunately, I have huge dogs, and this would not make them happy to be in the same space together for that long. And then to top that off, he calls me and he stated that he was bringing his employees lunch, and offered me the same because he knew I couldn't cook or anything. To me that is going above and beyond for your customers! So thank you to Arc Angel Services! If you need some work done, give them a call!

Chris was easy to work with and did a professional job of installing and labeling our new breaker box. A 30 amp input was added to provide house power from a portable Generac generator. He also installed two new light fixtures for us. Very pleased with the work done and the knowledge exhibited during the process. I would highly recommend Arc Angel for your electrical needs. Eric and Issac were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us replace our Heating/ac system, from the moment of purchase through completion of installation and follow-ups with our satisfaction on the operation of the units both in the summer as well as the winter. During installation they were always one step ahead of us in filling out rebates and registering our units. They as well as the office, were very prompt with returning our calls and answering any questions we had with the operation of the units. Would not hesitate in recommending them for any future purchases or maintenance due to their honesty and expertise in heating and air. Overall, they treated the purchase and installation as well as the cleanliness of the install, as if they were installing a system in their own home. Again highly recommended.

Absolutely best service I have ever used for a/c repairs! My a/c wasn’t cooling. I sent a text to their main number at 10pm. By 8am I received a text back informing me that a technician would be on site between 9am-12pm. Erick showed up, assessed the situation, made the repair, and was on his way in less than an hour. He was knowledgeable, informative, and so sweet! The price was reasonable and my a/c was pumping cool air immediately. When our AC stopped working during a hot day in White Settlement, we reached out for help and got a quick call back the next morning. Jacob arrived that same afternoon to check out the problem. Just two days later, a brand new AC unit was installed. The team showed up right on time, put down drop cloths to keep our floors clean, and took care of everything—including new copper lines, a thermostat, and a fresh filter. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and they really went the extra mile. It's rare to find such great service these days. Even though our old AC had lasted a long time, getting it replaced was a surprisingly easy and positive experience.

first off, donovan is a great technician – this guy really knows how to fix ac units! my home has a big family and with the texas heat, we really needed our air conditioning working. donovan and his helper showed up fast, found the problem with our ac in about 30 minutes, and had it running better than ever in just a couple hours. some people might think that’s a long time, but donovan takes his time to check everything and make sure there aren't any other issues. i really appreciate how thorough they were. before this, i had three other companies come by and all they did was try to get me to buy a whole new ac system for thousands of dollars. donovan was honest and fixed what needed fixing, saving me a lot of money. he even called a few times after the repair to make sure our air conditioner was still running smoothly and to see if we needed anything else. you don’t find that level of service every day! i’m really happy with how everything turned out and will be calling them for all my future ac repair needs. if i could give more than five stars, i definitely would.
