after 24 years, my ac unit finally stopped working. i contacted six different ac repair companies in white settlement to get quotes for a full replacement. out of all the bids i received, this company gave me the best deal by far—much lower than the others, which were between 15k and 20k. donovan was the only person who brought up the issue with my old vents and explained how they were blocking proper airflow. he included the cost of new vents and their installation in his price, which really helped my home’s cooling. on top of that, a new thermostat was added in, while most other companies listed that as an extra. donovan and jacob were professional, always took time to explain what they were doing, and made sure to clean up at the end of every day. i really appreciated the honesty—no upfront payments or prepayment plans, just paid after the job was finished and i was happy. i’m really satisfied with the service, price, and overall quality. highly recommend for ac replacement or repair in white settlement, especially with the texas heat!

We had issues with our AC in the middle of the Texas summer in 2018. Williamson's A/C is the first and only call for my family. They provided excellent service and helped educate me in how to prevent the same issue from happening again with proper maintenance.

These guys (Anthony and Alex) were awesome. Out to us in 20 minutes from phone call and fixed everything in 30 minutes. Under $200. Awesome.

Called in my service, Anthony showed up within 30 minutes and took care of my issue, he always does a great job, is very time efficient, and breaks down the problem for me when I’m not understanding what’s going on.

This company came and gave an estimate of replacing the a/c unit. We ended up going with a company that gave the best deal - which was not this company. Many months later when we needed work for something else, we find out that we were put on a "do not service" list because we did not go with them for the a/c replacement. And yes, service call was paid at time of service, so money/bad debt was not the issue.

Technician arrived late, charges us a service call fee and labor costs for our ice machine, left and said he fixed it. The machine was not fixed, he came back and worked on it a little more then left again and said he fixed it. Same thing, he did not fix it. Called them again only for the rude and unprofessional lady who claimed she was the owner to tell me there will be no refund for the nothing they diagnosed nor fixed, and they’re gonna charge another service call fee and more labor fees to come for the same job they never finished, then she hung up on me. Need better management, better customer service, and better technicians that can actually fix machines, or just admit they can’t fix it. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Edit: the owner has responded. YOUR TECHNICIAN LITERALLY SAID HE’D COME AND DO IT OFF THE CLOCK. Your guy, the one that said he’d come off the clock, did not fix the ice machine and you still charged for it. I literally paid for nothing. I’m not going to pay you more to come and fix the problem you were supposed to fix in the first place. Notice the patterns of reviews of people saying rude and unprofessional ownership of this company. Learn to run a business with good customer satisfaction and learn to train your employees so they can fix things.. you literally charged for nothing.

We saw Anthony today to change our air filters and check on our heating system in our establishment here at Livingston Hearing Aid Center in Denton, TX. He was thorough, efficient and very respectful, we would recommend this company for any business who is looking. Thank you again Williamson's AC Contracting.

Wes and the staff at Williamson’s AC did an amazing job in replacing my HVAC system. They are timely, the pricing is competitive, but overall the service is top notch. Don’t waste your time with the commercials you see on TV but support this local business who takes pride in their products and service.

Recently had all ductwork redone in our house by Williamson AC. They did a great job and the guys couldn’t have been nicer! Highly recommend.
