So happy with Prestige and the service they provide. I have been using them for 2 years and trust their expertise and quality of work. I never feel they are just trying to "sell" me a service and Chris is always transparent and explains everything he's doing. Trust is so important to have in a company, especially for someone with little HVAC knowledge. They will always be my go to and I'm so happy to have found them and to give them my business.

2025 update: still love Prestige, still top notch customer service, still won’t use anyone else!

2024- Updating my original review:

We have been using Prestige since 2021. Recently, we had our system checked for the upcoming summer and it was the first time Chris didn’t come to service our system. The technicians that assisted us were courteous, honest, efficient, and respectful. I’m happy to report that although their company grows, the level of service remains the same. We will continue using Prestige for all of our HVAC needs.

I got this company contact from my neighbor. Chris and Joanna are great. Compressor was bad for my AC. They checked the warranty from company, got the parts from company and then installed. I would recommend the service to my friend. I would also use them for preventative maintenance.

Prestige Heat & Air is by far the best around! I recently had a remodel and I used Chris and his team to move my return air. I later requested for additional return to my remodel and both times Chris responded promptly and he was very professional, knowledgeable and through. I just signed up for an annual maintenance program and everyone should take advantage of his service! He came out to do maintenance on both of my units to prepare the winter usage and then he will return in the spring to prepare me for the summer time, he is super fair on his rates! Highly recommend Prestige Heat & Air!

After no responses from 4 other companies, Chris immediately answered my call for “help”. He scheduled an appointment at my convenience, followed by emails and texts to confirm and remind me of the appointment date & time. He even texted when he was on the way to my home. Besides being one of the most personable repairman I’ve had in my home, he was also the most knowledgeable. He went to great lengths to explain the cause and resolution for the issue with my AC. He even used an app to send me pics since I’m unable to safely climb the attic stairs. I can’t say enough about how professional he was and how pleased I am to have found a reliable HVAC company here in Wylie. Crazy but I’m actually looking forward to my next maintenance checkup!
Just received my first gold maintenance check and it was so worth it. Chris sent pictures during the checkup for both the outside unit and the component in the attic. Additionally, he alerted me of possible critters in the attic eating the insulation and I immediately called All Pest Management! Chris said he will return to repair the duct insulation when my critter issue has been resolved. I can’t say enough about my local Wylie support and care!

Excellent Service from Prestige Heating & Air!

We had an amazing experience with Prestige Heating & Air. Our heat pump stopped working, so we called them, and they were at our home within just two hours. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary part, and came back the very next day to complete the repair.

What really stood out was their honesty and professionalism. Not only did they explain everything clearly, but the final bill ended up being less than the estimate because the part cost less than expected. It was refreshing to see a company pass along the savings to the customer!

The team was also friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We're so impressed that we're going to start using their annual service plan for maintenance.

I needed an estimate on an ac unit of a home I am buying. They were out the same day and had me an estimate by the end of the day. The technician was kind, respectful, and thorough. I plan on using them for the repairs once the sale is closed.

Prestige is truly a 'partner' with us for service and maintenance of our HVAC systems. Unlike other companies, their technicians do not try to upsell or offer 'deals' on new equipment. Prestige Hearing and Cooling is our go to for all systems! Chris (the owner) is so good at what he does and listens to find the source of our problems. He found something this last time that will change the health of our family! Our whole unit was titled the wrong way to drain correctly! And due to his direction we have now solved the issue of humidity in our house. Just such a great group of people to work with always!!

Good job guys! We're extremely pleased from start to finish. They were very organized. They carefully disassembled the ducts and the plenum and completed that upgrade in the attic very quickly. Prestige willl be our team for any future needs.
