I have used Prestige heating & Air a couple of times of the last 2 years - there's a reason I call Prestige when I have an A/C issue, they are great. Prestige is quick to respond. I thought I had a minor issue with my A/C and Prestige had a man at my place in under 2 hours. The issue turned out to be more complex and I had a Prestige team working on my unit and had it fixed by the end of the day. Each of the 3 Prestige repairmen that I dealt with made sure that they patiently addressed all of my concerns, gave me options to consider and a breakdown of their quoted price. All Prestige employees were attentive and respectful as they listened and addressed me and my questions.

In 2023, I was having difficulty finding a repair company that would work with the warranty on my unit. I asked for a recommendation for a repair company from an A/C supply warehouse that knows lots of contractors. They recommended Chris Martinez at Prestige. I have gladly used Prestige ever since my first great experience with them.

Technician came out promptly to address the issues and explained to me thoroughly what the problem was and also made the repairs immediately before the upcoming cold weather. He was very pleasant and professional, I always recommend this business to all my friends and family.

Eli and Elier called before they came (as promised) and proceeded to inspect my heating unit for the potential heating problem I surmised. They gave me an honest assessment of the job and an estimate to fix the issue. I would recommend them and Prestige Heating and Air LLC in the future.

We recently had issues with our unit. I called prestige and they sent out a tech. Eli was so helpful. He found the issue and suggested what we can do in the mean time while our parts were on order.

From the very start when I was introduced to Chris Martinez the owner to Eli Garcia who came to fix my a/c blower motor, the experience was nothing short of amazing.
Eli arrived on time, dressed very professionally, including shoe covers, something that has been forgotten as a courtesy by most other service providers who trek mud into the home.
Eli was extremely professional and courteous, always addressing me as sir, which is not expected these days, but is very admirable, since I was in the hospitality business for over 4 decades and something I was taught and somehow has been forgotten again in today’s day.
The work was clean, thorough and he kept me informed of the progress when he went to go get parts and returned. The work was perfect and my air conditioner works like brand new.
They are honest and very reasonable. Thank you Chris and Eli. Prestige air will be my company for all my a/c and heating needs from now on and will be recommended to everyone I know!!!

I’ve never posted a review so quickly (Prestige just finished our job today) but this company certainly made an impression and anyone who’s ever needed work completed by a trade knows how much of a challenge it is to find a professional that offers quality work, competitive pricing, and superior customer service.
The office staff was nice and accommodating with installation scheduling. Elier and Eli installed a mini split AC and they were punctual, knowledgeable and consistently maintained a friendly, polite attitude. The job was done beautifully (I have great appreciation for pros that do work with precision and attention to detail) and they cleaned up the worksite leaving no evidence installation had occurred. We enjoyed meeting Chris, owner, who popped by a couple of times to drop off materials and check out progress. I’ve learned from experience that business owners who take the time to check in on jobs run companies that do the best work. They are vested in their projects and hire like minded individuals who share the same work ethic. Not to mention the company’s beloved pooch is their company logo, you can’t go wrong with a company that has this much love for their pup!

These guys found a very hard to find condenser and had it installed in just a few days. Other HVAC company told me it was impossible.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! Same day service call, was on site within an hour on a Saturday. Technician was thorough and knowledgeable on our issue and quickly found the problem. They ensured our servicing and other AC equipment was all up to par and didn't just repair and go. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Incredible customer service which is not always easy to find. We were new customers looking for same-day repair on a challenging weather day. They did all they could to get us on the schedule, showed up, very professional, fixed the problem and were very fair in pricing. Would confidently recommend and use them again!

As soon as I called Martin heating this morning they had Dustin come out within 15 minutes. He had the blower motor that needed to be replaced in his van. He then let me know the circuit board was out and needed to be replaced. He was able to get that in about 15 min due to his coworkers help bringing it to him. Dustin was professional and kind. He worked quickly to get my heater working again and the company gave me a $150 veteran discount. I would highly recommend this company!

My A/C went out the morning we were leaving for vacation! I literally called from the airport at 7:15 AM and they had a tech at my house that morning and repaired before my plane left. I was told to enjoy my vacation and we could settled up when I got home. WOW! Martin Heating and A/C went above and beyond for me. They have defiantly earned my future business. 2 days later my grandmother was having A/C problems so we called Martin again and just like that we had the exact same service for her as well! 5 star company for sure

I'll never use another heating and air company. They are quick to respond. They've always returned my phone calls and been good about telling me when they can come out. I've never felt overcharged. Quality of work is superb. And all the employees I've encountered have been kind and knowledgeable. My most recent call to them turned out to be nothing. They were honest about it. Ended up just buying their tune up for my 3 ACs.

My friend recommended them and I was not disappointed. Such nice people to deal with. I will use them for all of my HVAC needs in the future. Johnathan was thorough and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Love this company!

I literally cannot adequately sing the praises of Martin Heating and Air - in part because I am a terrible singer, but also because they were such a blessing to our home and our family. After spending almost 2 weeks meeting with HVAC companies for an entire system replacement, I was feeling very confused and defeated. Estimates ranged by over $20K difference and there were so many conflicting opinions, I felt like no decision was going to be the right one. I prayed about it, felt I needed to hear one more and put a post out on FB, to which the owner, Steve, replied immediately and his lead was at our door the very next morning. Jonathan was our primary point of contact and, wow, not only is he knowledgeable, he's incredibly consultative and thoughtful. I shared with my husband how rare it is to encounter people who genuinely like to take care of others, and Jonathan set Martin apart from all the others. We discussed all the different things I'd heard and learned and he truly cleared the path with a simplified solution. When he presented me with our options, their pricing was incredibly competitive. I felt so positive about this decision. When install day came, we were blessed by Omar and Luis. Those guys are incredibly professional, respectful and you can tell they care about the quality of work they're doing. They spent 12 hours in our home and came back the next morning, smiling and ready to finish the job. Jonathan followed up with us on his day off, just to make sure we were in a good spot, and he came back on day 3 to reinspect everything, check levels and make sure everything is as it should be. It is a huge investment and I am so grateful to have crossed paths with these folks, although I hope to never need their help again, they will be the first I call and the first I refer to anyone in need of HVAC help.
