Everyone I've dealt with at Martin is top notch. They take the time to explain what happened, how I can troubleshoot in the future and deal with my loud, large dogs with grace.

Above and beyond service. From the moment I called until the technician completed the job. The technician was knowledgeable and very informative, courteous and trustworthy. Very fair pricing.

Repair rep showed up promptly at appointed time. He was friendly and knowledgeable, giving me good information and advice. The repair was done quickly and the price was reasonable.

We had a bad evaporator coil. The two technicians did an excellent job in installing the new one. They also put a peice of metal where the floor rotted through for us.

These guys did great! After waiting months on a friend of a friend, who never came, I called on Friday to Martin’s and have my unit install installed by Wednesday. They were fast and went above and beyond! I am so very thankful for you guys!

Steve showed up on time for the sales visit, very friendly and informative. He sent quotes for options very soon after the appointment. Steve gave us the best equipment for the best price. (I shopped several companies).

My experience with Martin AC was a great experience. I was treated extremely fairly very prompt service and extremely good prices. I would recommend them to anyone and I would be glad to use them again in the future. Matter of fact, I will be using them for my maintenance care from this point forward. Our A/C & Heating system went down on a Saturday evening. I didn't need a technician right away (temps weren't bad), but called to leave a message so I could get a call back on Monday. Within minutes the owner of the company called me back - I was stunned. Monday at 7am, I got a called back from Steve to set my appointment for today - what great service. Their technician, Jonathan did a great job and has our system up and running

Steve was very fair with pricing and Dustyn and the installation team were excellent. Very swift response. Very neat and clean installation. Everything looks very well dressed (cables, pipes, etc.). This is my second unit they have replaced. Highly recommended.
