Steve responded quickly to my request for service. It was easy to get him scheduled - even though it was a holiday weekend. He showed up first thing in the morning of the call right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me pictures of the issue, and what he did to repair it. He was super friendly and got us back to normal very quickly! Highly recommend!

I had an issue with my drain line that had gunk and algae buildup, causing problems with water drainage. Jonathan Cortes did an excellent job clearing the line and treating it with a drain cleaner to prevent future issues. He also went above and beyond by pointing out a probable pipe elbow that might need replacement.

Jonathan was thorough, professional, and proactive. I’m very impressed with his service and highly recommend him!

Great experience! We received a quote to run a new duct line, then they were able to come back the same day to do the job. The work was completed professionally and the site cleaned up.

I can’t remember if our techs name was Justin or Dustin but he was polite, professional and honest. He was very knowledgeable.

We’ve used these guys before and they’ve been great each time. This time around it was Jonathan.

Jonathan was awesome! He was here all of less than an hour, working on something I already spent hours on and couldn’t figure out. He walked in and within a minute knew what the issue was and wasn’t.

He was very detailed in explaining the charges, what the cause was, and also installed a ball joint so the pipes could be maintained to prevent future blockage and leakage. Very reasonably priced as well.

Really happy with these guys, keeping them as my go to AC people for sure.

The Gentleman that came by Dustin was so nice they helped us get a good price on fixing our issue! Explained everything that was going on even pricing.. Definitely still be going back if any issues with our unit..They never fail to respond quickly and fix any issues that come up! All the gentlemen with this company are knowledgeable and courtesy!

We woke up to no air conditioning. We called Martin heating and air because they had good reviews. They sent Dustyn out the same day and he was very professional and courteous. He fixed our air conditioner at a reasonable price

Definitely the best AC company out there! Steve is incredible. My AC went out on Saturday and I was told by another company I needed an entire new system totaling $12,000. I just bought this house a month ago and was very stressed. Steve came out and took a look at it and within 10 minutes found that there was a broken wire, he repaired it and boom the AC system was working as good as new. Would recommend to anyone and I won't use anyone else.

Johnathan did an excellent job, he was timely and explained every detail of the repair along the way. No gimmicks just honest service. I highly recommend Martins. Also, when I called before they opened the owner answered the phone and was friendly and committed to same day service.

Martin is our company go-to for HVAC. Not only do we feel like they do a good job, but they're also trustworthy and fair and won't charge you for something A) you don't need and/or B) something they didn't do.

Dustyn is usually our tech and he's super-friendly, down-to-earth, extremely personable and knowledgeable. If he doesn't know, he will take the time and work it until he does and resolve the issue. The other techs we've had are equally good.

Jessica in the office is always a joy to work with, and they are so good about getting someone out to you asap. Great company to work with! Any time we have had issues, they've been dealt with immediately and we appreciate all they do to keep us in service in the heat & cold! :)
