Wow. Scott is a Great guy who knows what he is doing. Another plumber said the toilet couldn't be fixed because it was so old. Scott was not only able to fix, but he had the correct parts on the truck. (And was over $300 dollars less than the first plumber!!!)

Scott form Right Way Plumbing literally saved me thousands, is extremely professional, and true to his word. I just found my new plumber!

I’m glad to have found an honest plumber with exceptional integrity. Scott showed up 2 times , on the weekend, tried to help me solve problems, he fixed a shower valve, then we figured out my sewer main was clogged. He didn’t charge for either! Scott with Right Way plumbing is as honest as they come. I've used him both in commercial and residential applications. I don't even call for second quotes as I believe he is fair for the quality of service he provides. He's not the cheapest nor most expensive, but I would gladly pay more to continue to have him service our facilities. Thank you Scott.

I recently had an excellent experience Scott and Right Way Plumbing. He was prompt, professional, and super friendly. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in detail-including what caused the problem and how I could prevent it in the future. He was upfront with pricing, no surprises which I always appreciate. It’s refreshing to find a company that actually does what they say they will do! They deserve a 5 star for sure.

We have been using Right Way Plumbing for several years now, and Scott Rasmussen,who owns and operates this fine company, has always done an excellent job in everything that he has done for us! He can handle every kind of project from complex to basic. With everything that he has done for us, he has always gone over the work that needs to be done, answered all of my questions, and has always been very fair and reasonable in his pricing. He is very thorough in his work, and he always takes the time to do a quality job. He shows up when he says he will, and always leaves everything tidy, neat, and clean!
As an update, I would like to add that Scott did another fine project for us today.
Scott is very prompt to do any project right away.
Our upstairs toilet was leaking water around the base. I turned the water valve off, and I called Scott. He came by this morning as promised. Scott quickly analyzed the problem. The metal flange at the base of the toilet had become loose over the years, and the wax ring was worn out. Scott repaired the flange, and replaced the wax ring. He put the toilet back on the base, tightened it back down, and it was good as new! Secured and no leaks!
Scott can do any kind of project, large or small, with skill and precision!

Scott has been so great to work with! We’ve hired him a few times for various problems and projects. He’s quick to respond, and has worked longer hours when we had a plumbing emergency!! He’s friendly and is great at explaining his process in laymen’s terms so we understand why he’s doing what he’s doing. Five stars!!

Scott is amazing to work with. He's fair, honest and fast. We've used his company twice in the past 4 years and he's been great to work with everytime. He installed our water softner and replaced our water heater. We've never felt like we overpaid and we'd recommend using him everytime.

We hired Scott and his guys to do the plumbing for our new build and are so glad we did! They were very responsive and had an attention to detail we were grateful for. Answered any and all questions we had and kept us in the loop through the whole process. Definitely recommend them!!

Scott came out to take a look at replacing some old hose bibs for me and was super honest about the fact that the work wasn’t really needed. He took the time to explain why and even pointed me toward other contractors for a few things outside his usual plumbing work. I didn’t hire him this time, but I really appreciated his honesty and will definitely call Scott for any future plumbing needs.

We asked Scott to help with several plumbing issues at my mom's place. He effortlessly repaired everything. We then asked him to help us out with an assessment on a potential water spot that a mortgage company wanted an expert to look at. Within a day, he came over, assessed the issue, and gave us a report confirming it was nothing. Scott is now our go-to plumber.

While others may have had positive experiences, mine was disappointing. Scott was initially responsive when removing and reseating my toilet and sink. The sink was identified as broken and not suitable for reuse, yet one of his plumbers reinstalled it without my permission, leaving me with a sink that is potentially unstable and could come off the wall if an unknowing person leaned on it.

Although Scott agreed the sink should not be used, he repeatedly failed to follow through on replacing it, and communication from him eventually stopped. I had a new sink sitting in my living room for a month before I ultimately returned. I am still left with a broken, unsafe sink. Takeaway: initial responsiveness does not guarantee follow-through or resolution when problems arise.
