No issues whatsoever with their work, and they provided quality replacements for toilet and disposal. They also did a QA check prior to leaving, thank you for that. The scheduling and communication was great from the time I received the scheduling to the time Ashton and Derrick showed up. They got the VERY much needed work done the same day which is appreciated. I have dealt with plumbers before but consider this a pleasant experience, more so than previous plumbers, and I would definitely use their services again. Thank you for great work today!

Calling a plumber is not a favorite activity of mine - especially not since I had another plumber at my home twice in the same three week period - paid their bill - and thought the problem was resolved. NOT.

This time, after reading reviews and such on Connect Utah, I thought I'd give Rare Breed a call. They made it up to Park City when they said they would and delivered bad news...and the reasons why the other plumber couldn't fix the issue: Massive grease clog not only 18' down, but also 25' down, viewable by cameras. Told us it was years in the making - as we haven't tossed anything in the disposal for at least eight years. And even explained why what the other plumber did wasn't working - poking a tiny hole at 18' would just close up again.

Oy. Not a way to spend a New Year's Eve.

Dom and Thor ran cameras and cables, used snakes and whatever else - and voila - showed us that our kitchen sink pipes were cleared, dishes could be washed, and we would no longer hear the gurgle and spit up that we heard daily (okay if from a grand baby, but not from a sink!)

Daniel gave us a detailed explanation to understand the repair we needed with regard to getting our hot water heater working properly again. We have scheduled the repair. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

I am absolutely blown away by the service that I have received from Rare Breed Plumbing. From the initial assessment and estimate to final repair. Everyone in the company was cordial and professional. If I could give them extra stars, I would. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Chaz showed up during the expected time, was super kind and professional. Quoted a fair price for hooking up 2 utility sinks that had rough ins at the time of build. Did a great job!

They got the job done and came quick, however $400 to snake one partially clogged drain? Talk about highway robbery in broad daylight. I asked over the phone how much it’d be and they wouldn’t provide an estimate until the plumber is standing in my house. I don’t know if I’d go with this company again or recommend them for such an exorbitant price for such a simple task.

We had our water heater go out and so Chad came and looked at it. It turned out that it needed a new burner assembly and was still under warranty so we ended up going through the original installer, but Chad was so incredibly helpful with telling me what to ask/look for to solve the problem. I will definitely call Rare Breed again when I need plumbing help! Thanks!

I had water heater problem I called them at 6pm and they were at my home by 9am the next morning and hot water by noon. The two technicians (Ashton and Parker) were amazing. I would highly recommend Rare Breed

Chad of Rare Breed Plumbing went above and beyond to clear my drain, lots of snaking, vacuuming, more snaking from multiple directions, drilling, special salts… etc. In the end, a repiping wasn’t needed thanks to Chad’s efforts. Very grateful.

The customer service with Rare Breed is amazing. We did have one concern, but the manager was great at listening and handling said concerns. They took accountability and Daniel made sure everything was completed to their standards and expectations.

My house's sewer drain became 100% clogged in 8/25! A smelly experience. I called Rare Breed because they replaced my water heater in 2023. In 2025 they reamed my drainpipe using a jetter, a machine kept at Rare Breed in Sandy. This worked great! They also showed me the video of the inner cleanness of my sewer line after they jetted it! Court Lundberg has collected a great group of people! Everyone I have contacted at Rare Breed is an excellent honest person! They are quick AND effective, too.
P.S. Everything thay did still works great with no return visits needed by December 2025!!!

Chandler was super helpful with my clogged washer drain. He helped explain what might be going on and options to fix it, and also how to prevent issuss in the future. The membership option is super cool and has already saved me money! Looking forward to working with the company again.

My experience with Rare Breed was awesome! They were quick to answer my call and assign a technician to come out and I liked how their software notified me who was coming and when they would be there. I got a sink install, plumbing reconnected, and a dishwasher installation. Chandler was very thorough with his initial examination and documentation of his work. He was very mindful of what I could possibly need in addition to the services that he had been contracted for. Everything seems to be working great!
