Scott was quick and thorough on our toilet install. He was straightforward in giving me a quote on the phone- which was a fair price for the work he did. It’s so nice to have a local plumber whose work speaks for itself and doesn’t use deceptive sales tactics. I look forward to continuing to use Scott in the years to come.

We've used Broderick plumbing for a long time. We keep using him because he's good to work with, does things when he says, does it right, and is reasonably priced.

I heard a faint sound of running water in my basement, did a fair amount of trouble-shooting, and still couldn't figure out what was going on. I called Broderick Plumbing and talked to Robin -- the exceptional office manager. She thoughtfully brainstormed a couple of additional ideas with me, and I was able to identify and solve the problem! I was so grateful! I offered to pay her company for her time, and she said no way! It's clear that these are honest, gracious, and hard-working people who, above all, are anxious to improve lives and meet needs. When I have a plumbing need, I know where to go!

Miguel was prompt, courteous, and throughly explained the main water valve rerouting and installation. Most of all, he is professional and at the same time very personable. Give this man a raise!

I just had Lundberg Plumbing (now Rare Breed Plumbing) come out to replace a main water line due to a small continuous leak identified by Sandy City Utilities.
I'm giving two stars because they came out quickly (came out the night I called and had it repaired in two days). The service I received lost stars. I was quoted $5k for the repair by Dan, the plumber supervisor in charge of the job, that took the call that night.
I was not offered the 24 month interest free financing option (I noticed this in the quick scroll of paperwork to sign).
I saw Dan first thing in the morning because I asked to touch base with him and then the (landscape company?) crew that was hired to dig my front yard up were the only ones that I saw or interacted with after that. At one point, the crew foreman approached me to ask if he had permission to cut through my drywall to accommodate his large pipe clamp tool because Dan had instructed that he get permission to do that. I insisted that there must be a smaller pipe clamp tool to use and texted Dan. He said he'd have another plumber come over with a smaller tool. Why was this not the FIRST solution?
Finally, whomever finished the job (Dan, another plumber, the landscape company?) did not show me the new pipe or the water meter showing the leak was fixed and left me with an incomplete job in my option (see picture).
There are companies that will take more care with you as a customer and not just see you as a quick and easy 'money maker' job.

Chad & Bensen came out to help me button up some remodel plumbing. Removed old galvanized drains, remaining galvanized water supplies to my basement bath, replaced that shower valve & set my tub. They also installed new auto vent drain on the kitchen sink, and redid my upstairs vanity sink P-trap. Will definitely have them back out when I remodel my upstairs bath. Great company to work with!

The office responded quickly with my request for a quote and had a technician here within a couple days. Chad Hedden was punctual and offered helpful explanations into the work needing done. Great experience with this company so far!

Dave from Rare Breed Plumbing is professional, quick, and sharp; all the things you need in a good plumber on a bad day. Dave has earned my trust as the go-to guy for any issues that I might have involving a water meter and complex piping, he should be your guy too.

The techs Bensen and Chaz were on time and worked efficiently. The job was done in a timely manner even though it was a new product that they hadn’t installed before. They cleaned up as they worked and were kind and clean. Would use their services again.

I called for a quote for a range of services, including a new water heater, a new tankless water heater, and a softener system. They gave me an appointment within a couple of days, clearly explained all my options, were honest about the amount of work needed for certain options, and sent me clear quotes to choose from.

Our garbage disposal gave up the ghost and started leaking under the sink on a Friday evening as we were doing the dishes. We called Rare Breed because of the 1k+ positive ratings and found out how they earned it. Conner the receptionist was very professional and upfront regarding the “late hours” fee and scheduled a plumber to come out immediately. Chad arrived an hour later, diagnoses the issue, and spoke with our home warranty company to arrange reimbursement. He then offered to show me how he replaces disposal systems. Chad was very transparent, pleasant to speak with, and obviously skilled. He even provided a referral for a carpentry company to look at any damage under the sink. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Rare Breed.

Walking downstairs and seeing water everywhere can only be described as devastating. Daniel at Rare Breed was a silver lining on a very stressful day.
