Derrick is my hero. My central air went from cool to warm overnight. When I called in the morning I got a same day appointment. He came out & had the problem fixed in 20 min. or less & the price didn't break the bank! He even taught me a couple of new tricks. I highly recommend their service. Thank you Derrick!

Scott was awesome! He helped me understand how to better take care of our furnace and made us feel ready for the winter! I also really appreciated that he went above and beyond and looked into our attic to see if our ducts were in order because one of our rooms has been having difficulties getting heat and air. He was very friendly and thorough. I would definitely recommend Paul Brothers over other companies that we’ve went with in the past! I’m very glad that we listened to some online reviews and went with Paul Brothers!

Derrick and Scott are amazing. I have used these two brothers for the last 10 years in my personal home, my 3 rentals and in my business. They are fair, have great communication and maybe they only bend over backwards for me but something tells me they bend over backwards for everyone. You will not be disappointed with their services.

Paul was great. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it right then. Got our AC condenser working again and was on his way. He's a pleasure to work with and I'll be calling him again when they need arises.

We had our swamp cooler repositioned and tuned up. They were responsive and complete! Would definitely reccomend for swamp cooler servicing which is hard to find these days. They will also be doing new HVAC in our house remodel and am excited to work with them again!

I hesitate to do. Review for Paul Brother’s because I’m nervous they’ll get too busy. But I really do think they’re fantastic so I’ll risk it, The brothers are absolutely wonderful. They are honest, hard working, considerate and fast. I would recommend them to anybody.

Very honest and upfront! We were told by 2 big name companies that we needed a full AC replacement, but Paul Brothers diagnosed the fix as a simple fuse replacement and we are back up and running

Can't recommend these guys enough. Our AC unit was on its last leg, and we were quoted a very high price. Called the Paul Brothers to take a look at it. They came out the same day and quoted us a price well under the first bid. Recommended a unit smaller than the first company and they were right. The unit and heater are so quite you think it isn't running. Now our house easily stays at 72 degrees all day long.

My First time using PAUL BROTHER'S HEATING AND AIR. They did not disappoint. I needed a B-Vent replaced in my 90 year old mother's home. They worked hard and efficiently. I had gotten 3 other bids and Paul's Brother's is the company I went with. Not only the 5-star reviews but they are also Family owned. Be sure to give them a call.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had an issue with my furnace and was promised someone would come out and fix the issue. There is no accountability and lack of follow up leaves much to be desired. Take your business elsewhere.

My AC stopped working, Scott Paul came out to look it over, he was super knowledgable and actually explained how the whole system works, and knew exactly how to fix it, he even cleaned out the condenser coils while we were chatting.

The price wasn't terrible, a friend had recently paid close to double what I paid Scott for the same procedure from a different company, that said, my bill wound up being about 1/17 parts and 16/17 labor cost.

If you have the time and resources you should consider learning how to replace your own capacitor, if you don't, I think Paul Brothers is an honest company that "doesn't work on commission" with knowledgable and personable technicians.

We are very happy with our experience in purchasing and installing our new fulrnace. The installation crew did a great jobll and completed the job inj one day. The furnace is working fine and hope it will last for many years.
