Adding more review to express how much my family likes this company. They are SO willing to answer questions and help trouble shoot and text me! They care and they are good at what they do! I would recommend to everyone!!!

Only possible reason I wouldn't give these guys a 5 star is that I don't want them getting too busy and losing ability to give us the awesome service they do. We manage a bunch or rental, and these guys are there for us rain or shine. The Best!

I hired Paul Brother's for an AC check-up. Scott was very professional and straight forward. He walked through each step showing me what he was looking for and how my system compared. He recommended replacing a capacitor and showed me the manufacturers spec requirements vs the measurements he took.

They won’t sell you what you don’t need (or can easily take care of yourself) they just give an honest evaluation and fix only what’s needed. I will tell anyone who needs HVAC service to call them.

Quickly solved an issue created by a different HVAC co. Will only use Paul Bros going forward and wish I used them when I did a full system replacement. Locally/family owned, hard to find a trustworthy HVAC company but these guys are legit.

One of the owners came out to do my estimate for a new furnace/AC install. They were not just some sales guy, but actually knew what the install process would look like and helped figure out some tricky situations with my ducting.

Remains to be seen how much of a difference the new system will make, it has barely been a week. I'm optimistic though, and it is so much more quiet!

They were pretty mindful of the mess as well. They put tarps down and vacuumed up after themselves. There was a few scuffs here or there, but they came right off.

Scott from Paul Brothers Heating provided a second opinion on whether we needed a new heat exchanger for our furnace or a new furnace altogether. He found no issues with our furnace at all. The former company didn’t even tune-up our furnace, which is what they came out to do. I obviously should not have answered their ad. They were just busy trying to convince us to spend thousands of dollars to fix something that didn’t need fixing. Scott on the other hand, took the time to explain to us how it all works and assured us that our furnace still had a few years of life in it. Paul Brothers will have our business going forward for all our HVAC. They have the knowledge and integrity needed in this business and that’s what is most important to me.

Derrick was very friendly, thorough and professional. He communicated well through the whole process. The service was handled perfectly. The furnace looks new again. He even did some minor repair work on our hot water heater. Derrick went above and beyond. Thank you!

An amazing experience! Made one call, Scott came out within just a couple hours. I thought for sure I was going to be told that I needed a new furnace. Nope!, not only was it an easy fix, he even showed me how to correct the issue should it happen again. I couldn't be more pleased. Simply not enough stars for their true rating! I had a new heater and HVAC system installed about a year ago, but the company that did the work was later bought out by a larger firm known for upselling unnecessary services. Wanting a more trustworthy option, I searched around and found Paul Brothers—and their reputation for honesty and straightforward service is well deserved!
I called them for a fall inspection to make sure everything was ready for winter. They were professional, explained details about my system clearly, and answered all my questions without any condescension. I don’t expect issues with my units anytime soon, but when I do, Paul Brothers will be my first call. Highly recommend!

JD was great. Gave me practical honest advice on my AC unit but wasn’t pushy about anything. I went with his advice and immediately the problem was fixed with my AC unit. Very happy with him and will be going here again.

I've reviewed Thompson's Comfort Connection (TCC) multiple times here over the 15+ years I've been on Yelp, and have always given them top ratings every time. And after a four-year period where everything has been running great, I had to have TCC come out again to check on my 17-year-old Amana high-efficiency furnace and the blower that brings in fresh air to the burners and exhausts combustion gases to an outside port along our front wall. That fan was running but cycling on and off, and we could smell some gas there at the exhaust exit panel outside.
One quick email on Sunday, the 7th, and Austin from TCC arrived Monday morning to check out our issue. After disassembling our "inducer" motor/blower (a small fan in a gas furnace that creates a draft, pulling in fresh air for combustion and exhausting dangerous exhaust gases out through the flue) housing, Austin found the problem. After 17 years of use, the blower housing drain port was clogged (spider nest? dirt? both?) Austin cleaned it all out and flushed all the rubber drain tubes as well (which were also pretty gnarly), and that fixed it! All back together and running great...and the inducer blower now stays on and runs great. We're back in business on a solid 17-year-old Amana H.E. furnace!
Five stars for prompt service response, fair pricing ($287 out the door), and a pleasant, professional, and communicative repair technician...Austin. Solidly recommend TCC, and ask for Austin if you can!

P.S.: My neighbor across the street called me the next day and said that "...her furnace has just stopped working. Who would I recommend?" I didn't hesitate to recommend TCC...and they were there later that day. Their technician replaced their main furnace blower motor at a fair price. Two happy customers in three days.

16 JANUARY 2026 UPDATE: After Austin's visit a week ago the odd problem of the furnace not restarting in the morning reappeared...and Cole came out on Monday the 12th to see if he could determine what the problem was. After a good hour or so of diagnostics and observation, everything with my 17-year-old Amana HE furnace checked out fine...and since he was here, the furnace has been operating perfectly! And Cole performed this service as "warranty coverage", therefore no charge to me. TCC's technicians are top tier, and they bring all the right tools with them to make the right checks to ensure everything is operating perfectly...and in a safe manner. Will always return back to TCC for their services!

So my HVAC system went down and we were not getting any cold air. I had a few people come out and look at it and they wanted to sell me on a new unit at a high price.
Brad showed up from Thompson and Sons and then a couple of minutes. He determined that the fan blower motor was frozen. He called and got pricing picked up corrected parts for a replacement.
Quickly replaced the parts and did an assessment on the rest of the equipment and cleaned both units and had them up and running quickly. I found Brad not only courteous and nice but also Knowledgeable and courteous. I gave him a high recommendation.

JD was on time and very efficient and thorough was our semi annual inspection. We would like to have him come again in 6 months for the next inspection/tuneup. Reid & Sandy Sjoblom
