Thompson's did a thorough, efficient job doing an annual furnace check. Austin alerted us to a water leak in the basement for which we were very grateful. He didn't try to sell us a new furnace or anything we didn't need!!!

Their service team is as I would expect - top notch. JD did a great job and serviced all three houses the same day. He was clean and thorough and a really nice guy. AMAZING! We had a different company come out before them and they didn’t even try to fix our current AC unit, just quoted us a crazy amount of money to replace it. Hilario was incredible, he fixed our current AC unit and offered to look into parts we might need in the future. So helpful! They have my business for life!

May 2025 UPDATE:

Thompson Comfort Connection STILL delivers the best HVAC service possible… for several years, since Thompson installed a replacement A/C system, we’ve had Thompson return 2 times yearly, Spring and Fall, for PREVENTATIVE maintenance.

And the best Thompson tech is Cole Anderson… every year, Cole DIVES into getting our A/C (and furnace) running 🏃 at its best. This year, I went outside to check on Cole cleaning the AC coils. I saw two legs 🦵 hanging upside down out of the AC unit. My first thought was, OMG!!!… 😱 poor Cole had fallen into my AC… NOPE! Cole told me “I can clean the AC unit better from the INSIDE”… and he proceeded to toss a pile of wet leaves out of my AC unit!

Getting HVAC (AC) repairs or replacements can be very costly. Losing the AC and getting it replaced in the hottest month of the year can be a very bad, VERY expensive experience. It all comes down to a company that "honestly" does HVAC. There are VERY few such "honest" HVAC companies. Thompson is an HONEST HVAC company.

When my 17 year old AC completely failed last summer, in August 2020, in the middle of covid, I turned to Thompson Comfort Connection and Bill Thompson. Bill and his company had repaired and helped extend the life of my old "contractor grade" AC unit for several years. Now it had to be replaced, in early August!!!

As I expected, Thompson Comfort Connection didn't let me down. At their busiest time, they still offered a very great price on a much more efficient larger AC unit. They quickly installed it. Devin and Parker from Bill's crew did the job, inside and out, removing the old unit, installing the new unit, and replacing lines and internal elements as needed. We enjoyed a cool(er) summer because of Thompson Comfort Connection.

Thompson services all of our family's HVAC needs, several homes, at honest and very competitive pricing. There's no "you really need this unexpected and expensive part" bait and switch. Everything is explained and HONEST options are offered. Our family wouldn't use anyone else but Thompson Comfort Connection for all our HVAC needs.

Loved the service and attention we received with our new furnace /air conditioner install from Devon and his team. Definitely would recommend Thomason’s Comfort connection.

When our AC wasn’t working properly, I called Thompson’s Comfort Connection and they sent JD out to diagnose the problem. He quickly found that our heat exchanger was almost completely blocked, cleaned it thoroughly, and recommended a different size filter since the ones we had been using weren’t covering the opening completely. JD not only put in the properly sized filter, but he even came back the next day on his own time to install a piece of sheet metal to make sure the fit was perfect.

I appreciated that he explained every step clearly and made sure I knew all costs up front. The quick response, professional service, and JD’s dedication to going the extra mile really stood out. I highly recommend Thompson’s Comfort Connection to anyone needing AC service.

I had my 30 yr old heating and air replaced with a duel fuel heat pump system for the entire house. I’m so glad I went with Thompson’s! Super happy with the equipment and the job they’ve done. Top notch with awesome warranty. Everyone was respectful and professional! Highly recommend!

Scheduled furnace inspection and adjustment. The tech, Jordan, was on time (at the beginning of the scheduled arrival window) and got started right away. The maintenance was completed quickly and according to the checklist provided online, very thoroughly. Jordan was great, answered my questions and was friendly. Pretty painless experience.

JD was excellent. He diagnosed a difficult problem in one of the dampers in our duct system, gave us a bid, and solved the problem by replacing the damper mechanism. He is very mindful of the customer and his needs and is pleasant and professional on site. Great technician and representative of Thompson's.
