Austin was so helpful! A previous company had told me I could not use my furnace, and it was a cold day. It sounds like they were a scam and were pressuring me into immediately replacing my furnace. Austin said it needs to be replaced at some point but there was no danger from it and I didn't need to feel pressured to replace it. I'm so grateful for his honesty and help.

Thompson's installed a new high efficiency furnace and a heat pump system. Awesome service! The entire process went smoothly and they did a great job. Even though my system has only been installed for a few days, Thompson's installed a similar system at my parents house in 2024 and a system at my brothers house in spring 2025. Devon and his crew did a terrific job with my heat pump installation. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain the install process to me and make sure I understood how the system functions. And, it runs like a dream! Way better than my old, outdated, single stage furnace and A/C system - dual fuel heat pumps are the way to go!

Austin moved his house call for us to the front of the line so I could make my flight. He diagnosed the problem, sourced the part, and came back promptly the next day and fixed it. The technician (J. D.) was on time, provided a range of options to correct my problem thermostat, and provided the best solution for me. I really appreciated his ability to communicate with me. J.D. Did an excellent job tuning Praphai Kelly’s furnace. During the cleaning and tuning process, he discovered that the furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and needed to be replaced. So he made an appointment with Jon to get a quote. We are very thankful for his recommendation and in the long-term it would be life-saving for Praphai! JD and Thompson’s Comfort Connection saved the day! My Rheem Gas Furnace rolled craps and Thompson’s responded with same day service that afternoon. JD found the issue, tracked down parts locally, and fixed the furnace in less than 2 hours. 🤯

JD came and found a simple problem, which he easily repaired. But then he went a bit further and found some settings that had been done incorrectly since the system was installed initially by another contractor. He made changes to those settings and my system has been working so much better! Thanks for going the extra mile, JD!

When calling around for estimates, Thompson's was the first company to have someone with experience (not a call center) answer the phone, listen to understand my situation, and offer suggestions that included (and weren't only) an appointment for diagnosis. Communications were passed along to my tech who came informed and prepared. We had to order a part, and while we had to wait for shipping, the team made an effort to get me on the schedule ASAP to make the repair happen quickly.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Brad did a great job diagnosing my furnace problem and getting us up and running the same day. He was very methodical in his work. I would definitely recommend.

This place is honest and great at what they do. We had them install our furnace and AC a few years ago. We have a maintenance contract and yesterday J.D. stopped by to check out everything and make sure it was doing well. It was working great and I appreciated his thorough checking of the furnace.

My HVAC system was making noises that caused concern. I contacted Thompson’s Comfort Connection after a referral from a neighbor on a late Friday afternoon and we had an appointment scheduled the following Tuesday morning (they had open slots Monday but Tuesday was preferred). The call was answered promptly, professionally and courteously. Brad arrived as scheduled and began his investigation and diagnostics. He was very thorough and willingly answered questions and potential resolution. I want to thank Brad for his professionalism and people skills. I will use your firm again and recommend you to others. If I was rating the total experience from initial contact to HVAC resolution, it would be a 10 out of 10.

Austin was incredibly helpful. He showed up earlier than anticipated & sent a text informing me of his arrival--giving me plenty of time to prepare for his arrival. Once he arrived, he diagnosed the problem, offered multiple solutions (including deferring repairs with a temporary fix) to allow me to determine what was in my current budget, what my timeline was & whether I wanted to wait to fix something that was currently back up & running, but was going to fail again at some point. He was able to track down the part, left to pick up the part & returned within minutes to complete the repair the same day. In addition, it was a holiday and Austin was willing to step in to assist the person on call to complete orders. I was not charged extra for a holiday repair. Austin was kind & enthusiastic about getting my furnace repaired. He also answered questions I had about the workings of the furnace and my water heater in general and suggested ways of keeping both running at optimum performance. I will definitely use Thompson's Comfort Connection again.

Brad has worked on my unit 3x.. one of these being an ER case- he replied in a timely fashion, communicated well and even came out after hours to help when he didn’t have to. I didn’t feel like he was a salesman rather he Educated me along the way. I highly recommend Brad!!!

Honest, fair, and knowledgeable I’m lucky to have found these guys. I worked with Mike Thompson and he is very relatable and knowledgeable on everything. He also knows about everything with plumbing and electrical. His team of guys he sent out were super friendly and did great work. I recommend them to my family and they are helping my Dad with his unit tomorrow. Highly recommend
