K Lund is amazing! They showed up within 20 minutes of me calling for an appointment, were able to refill my refrigerant, and get my AC unit working again in no time. Everyone I interacted with was excellent. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent experience with K Lund Mechanical. They came the same day, charged a straightforward $95 service fee, and actually turned my furnace on, inspected it properly, and tested the CO levels. The technician explained everything clearly and showed me that the furnace was running perfectly with safe CO levels (20–25, well under the recommended max of 50). They didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need—just gave me an honest, professional opinion. After dealing with another company that tried to push an unnecessary replacement, it was refreshing to work with people who focus on honesty and customer trust. Highly recommend them!

Sam and Carson were on time! They were incredibly courteous and respectful about shoes in the home. They were thorough in the evaluation and I loved how they dumb down the explanation and repaired my furnace for under $100!

When I called in they worked me into their schedule quickly. Tyler and Sam came by and spotted the problem right away. They were able to repair the issue, service my furnace and Were incredibly helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

He provided me several options, promptly answered questions (even a month after install) and patiently helped me pick the best option for my home. I saved thousands over another first bid with good quality and reasonable price. The installation team was awesome--Friendly, courteous, efficient, and clean. Could hardly tell they'd been there. Woke up to cold air blowing out the vents. Did a few troubleshooting items of my own at home and needed more help. Everyone I interacted with at KLund was fantastic. Jessica who helped me schedule the visit got me a quick same day appointment. She was so kind on the phone. I immediately got a text message with appointment time, location, and about the technician who was scheduled to come. I received another text when the technician was on his way, which I appreciated. Sam, who was the technician, was very knowledgeable and thorough in his repairs. He got my furnace up and running quickly. I would recommend them for any repairs, maintenance, tune ups etc.

Todd from Just Right was very good. He was courteous, thorough and a nice guy. We have two furnaces he inspected. Afterwards he sat down with me to go over what he found with a detailed report and photos. No pressure to “upgrade” or do anything more. I will definitely use Just Again!

Ray has been our technician twice. He's friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. Keeps us informed of ways to keep our furnace and air conditioning running to it's optimum. We appreciate Ray and the entire staff of Just Right Heating & Air for being very pleasant and professional to work with.
