Another zero star rating for this company. I was given the absolute run around by several people including the technician who came out to diagnose our issue. We were told initially that we have a warranty and not to worry about cost because our $10,000 system is only 3 years old, and of course a new system is covered. However at the end of the service call we were given a $2,000 quote for one day of “labor” to perform the warranty work. When I inquired about a price breakdown of that labor, we were refused. Middle management also refused my request to speak with upper management regarding my warranty situation and a further discussion about the price breakdown.
There are many HVAC companies in Utah, why would anyone choose a company that treats their customers this way?
We certainly won’t.

Todd at Just Right HVAC did a great job on the semi-annual PM of my 2 furnaces. He was methodical and very detailed. He ensured my systems were performing optimally. He documented and advised on recommended improvements (verbally and in writing), if I choose to do them at a later date. Regardless of the technician that arrives from Just Right, they always do a wonderful job. All around, Just Right has a great team from Customer Service to field operations. I’ve used Just Right for years at multiple properties for PM and emergency work. I’m never disappointed with their service or support.

Todd was very knowledgeable and professional. Stayed late to make sure we were taken care of.

Shauna did a great job. She was here for a couple hours and was very thorough in her inspection and servicing of the two units. She discovered that recent remodeling in our home had left debris in one units blower so she cleaned that out too. We highly recommend Just Right.

This is a great company that not only provides outstanding customer service, but backs up their guarantees. Fixed our system at no cost to us under their Workmanship Guarantee ~3 years after install. Techs that have come to our house are always very personable and polite.

Shauna did a great job checking out our furnaces and installing new filters in the furnaces. She was very pleasant and helpful!!

Great service and technicians. We had them replace our AC and furnace 7 years ago and have been pleased with the results, as well as the regular maintenance services that they provide to keep it running smoothly. They are friendly and easy to work with, and the technicians are always happy to answer any questions.

Daniel was great. Prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Explained very well suggestions for maintenance, but not pushy.

Amazing service! We subscribe to their VIP program and the service was amazing Taki was our technician/engineer and he was so informative on what our current system is suffering and where we can improve. He showed pictures and the actual parts of the system that are not functioning well. Above and beyond service. They also are incredibly reliable, they come when they say they will and always call when they are on the way.

Had a water leak that he diagnosed a fracture in the inductor motor and recommended replacing it. However I found the leak somewhere else and plugged it. Saved myself a lot of money.
