Kurt came to perform maintenance and some stuff bender repairs. Very clear about what needed doing with photo evidence. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure having Andrew Brady in our home. Although it turned out to be a very expensive “free visit,” I trust that the additional work and service Andrew performed was both needed and justified.

Ryan was very punctual, on time, knew exactly what he was doing and extremely professional along with explaining about the maintenance of our heating system.

Gene Shelley did a great job! He took photos on his phone so he could show me everything he did and gave me ratings on the condition of my furnace. I now have peace of mind that I will have no heating issues this coming winter season.

Shauna was professional, on time and thorough. She took the time to explain what was done and was willing to answer any questions I had. This is the 2nd time she has come out and she always gives excellent service!

Had our 2 heaters inspected and maintenance performed. Taki Taoho did a great job explaining everything he was doing. The Just Right tech provided an inspection sheet of everything inspected. I highly recommend the company and the tech.

The technicians have always been great but the scheduling team has been terrible. My last two HVAC maintenance appointments have been cancelled on me the day of the appointment and then when they got rescheduled they didn’t relay to correct appointment widow to the technician so they showed up two hours after the appointment window.

Todd did a wonderful job. We appreciate what he has done for us and look forward to having him keeping our furnace working in the future.

She went above and beyond with what she had been initially tasked to do! She helped me get my thermostat back working again and it aligned with my app. She cleaned my furnace and educated me about service ms that Just Wright performs. She is exemplary and is a great asset to your company!!

Just Right has been great every time we’ve done maintenance or needed a repair due to a breakdown. Jose was super. Did a thorough job and made sure we understood everything. Definitely recommend!!

Taki Taoho was terrific. He was polite and respectful when entering our home. Worked quietly and quickly and didn’t mind the chaos of my kids running around either. I appreciated his knowledge and professional training as he tuned up our furnace and fixed all that was necessary to get everything running for winter. 10/10

José Lino was amazing. He came day of and did a full diagnostic on our AC unit and furnace. He was very thorough, communicated everything he was doing, he was so kind and respectful of our house and time, and he fixed the issue we were having on the spot. We signed up for a membership with Just Right because of the service we received from José.

We were initially dissatisfied with recommended upgrades to my 2 year old system that we felt should have been standard equipment during the initial installation of our system. ie... an a/c system flow switch, and an industrial surge protector that protects the mother board controlled circuitry. Brittany worked with us to ensure that the repairs we needed benefitted both parties. Darian came out and performed our repairs. All I can say is, this young man is very knowledgeable, respectful, and takes great pride in his work. He performed all the necessary repairs in a timely fashion, and improved upon previous installments that didnt meet his standards. Just Right has definitely earned our respect, and our business.

I have no issues with the service tech on 1/6. However I do have issues with the organization’s lack of communication and false narrative of being supportive has increased. When I started services over 8 years ago they did a good job. Ever since they merged with others customer service has declined. It looks like I’ll need to find another company to service my hvac system going forward.

Cameron spent over 4 hours at my home performing a furnace inspection that I understand should take no more than 1 1/2 hours. He spent most of the time trying to pressure me into agreeing to major repairs. I asked him repeatedly to email me his proposals so I could look at them when I wasn't working. He continued to insist that I stand with him and go over his proposals right then and there, showing no consideration for my wishes or the value of my time. Please don't ever send him to my home again.

Daniel was great. I’m not sure what Ryan’s role was other than chatting me up & watching. If he and Daniel had split up the servicing of my 2 units could have been done in 1.5 hours versus the 3+ hours it took.

Gene from just right is incredible. He is professional knowledgeable and a good listener. He treated me like a person and everything he said and did, he would have said and done to my husband. That’s rarely the case with other companies service technicians. Just right is always fantastic to use. Customer service is top notch and so is their technicians. Thank you Gene! He cleaned our secondary coil in our furnace (which was reasonably priced) and installed a polarized air filter to keep our air cleaner. I highly recommend just right and Gene! You won’t regret it.

Your company has been horrible to deal with. Everytime one of your techs come out they find some super expensive repair that need fixing. Funny we just had a new heater and a/c unit installed less than a couple years ago. We had our basement finished a couple years ago. Even though they had multiple techs out over the last 3 years to do “maintenance” and up keep. Which we paid them preventative maintenance monthly charge. Then they Decide to tell us we need them to replace coils and clean ducts which is an additional $2500-$3000 to do. What the hell? Soooo what exactly have we been paying the premium maintenance fee for? Oh yeah …. To tell us that I guess the last 6 plus visits and from there “qualified” techs couldn’t have prevented this exspense and decided to charge us??? What? ? On top of charging us extra maintenance cost everytime they send someone out? How does that make sense?
