Josh was wonderful! He did a great job with my furnace. He was great at explaining Everything and knowledgeable. He also left me a clean area. Josh is very friendly and very easy to speak with and ask questions. Because I know/knew very little. He showed me pictures and explained them. I definitely recommend Josh Edelman for Your furnace service! Thank You Josh!

I absolutely love these guys! I Have the VIP so they do 2 free HVAC system maintenance. They are so good about showing me things and explaining why it might be an issue in the future. Which i genuinely appreciate being a first time home owner. I love the fact they send you an email with a picture of the technician who will be arriving. Overall I've had nothing but great experiences with them. They are awesome!!!!

What a great crew. We returned from out of town to find our furnace was out. This was on a Saturday afternoon. Amanda came out within an hour and determined a board was fried. She even loaned us a space heater to make our home comfortable. This was followed up by a determination that a new furnace was required, with much consultation with us. Brent provided a reasonable bid with explanation of charges. The installation by Shawn and his partner was flawless and completed on time. I highly recommend Main Street Heating and Cooling.

We have used Mainstreet Heating and Cooling for approximately nine years and we have always been impressed with their service.

Today we had our annual A/C system maintenance performed by Jose. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Upon completing the maintenance, we were given a verbal update on the condition of our units, and what will be needed for our next service.

We occasionally experience power outages and Jose suggested installing surge protection on both of our condensers. He not only offered a solution to our problem, but he also took the time to go and get the surge protectors and install them for us.

Prompt and professional. We’ve used Main Street several times and they’ve always done great work. I had a Saturday morning furnace emergency and Amanda arrived within 2 hours. My heat was restored very quickly! I was given maintenance tips to prevent further problems, which doesn’t always happen. We are definitely lifetime customers. I also appreciate that Amanda respected my personal health need for her to wear a mask properly in my home. Other business contractors have not.

Main Street Heating and Cooling was so great to work with! They were organized when they set up the appointment, and kept us posted the day of the repair to let us know where their technician was and when they would be at our house. Our technician Tanna was awesome! She was knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our air conditioner was repaired the right way and that the repairs would last. We own several rental properties and we will definitely be calling Main Street for any of our needs in the future!

The team's customer service orientation, technical amplitude and genuine appreciation for a high quality outcome that meets their customer's needs was evident from the first phone call we made. Had my heater go out on night it was going to be in the single digits for low temps. I was in a bit of a panic. I called a few other supposedly 24 hour services first, and didn't get anyone to even pick up the phone. When I called Main Street, Doug picked up right away. He was over to my house in less than an hour and had me back up and running. I needed a replacement part that he didn't have on his truck, so he made arrangements to meet me based on my schedule the following day. He was very accommodating. I would most certainly work with this company again in the future.

**UPDATE** One year later and my furnace that they said would go bad soon...did. Once again service was fast and friendly. I had them install a Nest Learning Thermostat, and that was one of the best decisions ever. The install was quick, they showed me how to set it up, and already I know I'm saving money. Thanks again guys, you have a customer for life.

Doug from Main Street Heating was wonderful to work with. Of course I was not thrilled about replacing my furnace this winter, but this company made it as smooth and painless as possible. They were professional, prompt, friendly and had plenty of help to get the job done quickly. They even brought cookies! I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them from here on out. 😊

I am so happy I went with Main Street Heating and Cooling! The whole experience turned out to be a good one. I loved online scheduling and being able to get someone during a time that was convenient for my schedule (not the other way around). The text to show which tech would be showing up with real-time tracker is a nice touch. Doug was great and able to diagnose my cooling issues quickly. Prices for fixes were up front. No hidden fees.
Last minute I decided to have a Nest-E thermostat installed. I thought this would require a separate visit but Doug was able to install this for me on the same day. I appreciated his friendliness and his expertise.

These people are so awesome! We had our furnace serviced/tuned by Amanda and Jose. They were really quick to get us in, they showed up on time and were very professional! Hunter and Chris showed up early and went straight to work. They inspected everything I would have thought and provided a detailed description and cost list for the needed parts. Hunter even gave 3 options for the work that needed to be completed. He even scheduled me for the additional on the spot. In retrospect, I believe Hunter just may be able to walk on water!! I have now had Main Street install both a furnace and a central air unit in my home. On both occasions the owner of Main Street, Doug, gave us a consultation and offered us all of our options and sage advice. The furnace install coincided with a basement renovation I was tackling myself and the tech Ted did an amazing install and some impressive custom duct work. Communication with him was great as we coordinated around my fumbling with drywall and wiring. He left the work site in cleaner condition than he found it each day he worked. When it came time to have our central air unit I was only all too eager to get a hold of Main Street and was again utterly impressed with the over all experience. Taylor and DJ did an impressive install which was tight and clean looking. They were polite, personable and took extra time to ensure we knew how to work our Nest thermostat with the central air unit. You could tell by the end result they took alot of pride in their work. What really blew my doors off was they cleaned my furnace room(totally separate of the central or unit) to the equivalent of a detailing....when is the last time you had a contractor do that?!! Again, Doug was there to put his personal touch on the project during the consultation and was there at the beginning and end of the install to guide the techs through what was discussed and expected from the consultation. This was all highlighted by free cookies! If you're looking for a job done right, at a fair price, and beyond your expectations, look no further than Main Street!

Scott worked hard and long to install our new hot water heater and water softener. His workmanship and skill was excellent. We’re very pleased with the job.
