This company is absolutely amazing! We had our main drainage from our home back up during a holiday weekend. These guys responded quickly when we reached out to them. They came out within 24 hours and arrived at the time they said they would.

Not only did they snake our drain to clear it, they also used a camera to show us what our drainage system looked like which we were not expecting them to do at no additional cost to us. At the end of the service, they were honest with us about what we could expect moving forward. We live in an old house so the pipes will need replacing or lining at some point in the near future. We didn't pay anything more than what we were quoted over the phone when we contacted them.

I will be using Near Me in the future for any of my plumbing needs. I will also be recommending them to my neighbors, family, and friends.

Fantastic couple of plumbers who quickly and efficiently took care of my old water heater. Reasonably priced and very friendly, also went out of their way to educate me in maintenance and upkeep of the unit. Would definitely recommend!

I contacted Cruz to come out and hydrojet a mainline for one of my customers. After spending 1 hour 20 mins on the jobsite they were gone and claimed to have cleared the roots in the mainline. I was charged $800 for 2 hours of work with no camera inspection. After doing a camera inspection myself I found the same amount of roots in the line as before, as if they didn't even hydrojet at all! I contacted Cruz and he set up an appointment for the next day at 3pm to return and complete the job properly. They no called no showed. I contacted Cruz again amd he set up an appointment for the following day at 9am. Again no call no show. Since then I have been ignored, they ignore messages from my office. They did not offer the services they charged for, did not warranty their work and have not given a refund. I do not recommend this company or Cruz for any type of work. DO NOT LET THESE GUYS IN YOUR HOME

Cruz and Jesus and his team did amazing work for us at a really great price! We needed two toilets installed. After calling around to a few locations, I called Near Me Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. They gave me a quote over the phone, and I let out an audible "Wow" because I could not believe the price. Jesus and his team came during the time they said. When they arrived, I mentioned that the valves at the base of toilets were leaking and asked how much it would cost to replace them along with the toilets. I was again amazed at the price they quoted me. I was able to install both toilets (and valves) at the same price as the other companies were quoting me for one toilet alone. And the quality of the work was superb. Thank you so much Near Me Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. I will definitely be using your team again for any plumbing issues that might arise.

They installed a new water softener for us, and they were friendly, fast, and very efficient. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I had a great experience with Near Me Plumbing. I needed a tankless hot water heater replaced. Cruz was punctual went through my options and provided transparent pricing, which was much better than a lot of the big named competition and they also warrantied their work. Jesus and Dakota did an excellent job with the install. They were knowledgeable and kept me up to date on the entire process. They were also very clean, everything from using a dolly with plastic coverings on the wheels, covering their shoes and were also fastidious in cleaning up after the install. I'd highly recommend them again!

Cruz came out within 24 hours to fix my water heater. I called and he was very sympathetic that we didn’t have any hot water 😭 he came right out on a Saturday and was very nice and was quick to identify the problem with my water heater. Even though he identified the problem he still checked the entire system to see if there were any other issues. I was very happy with the service provided and the cost as well. If I have any other issues I’ll definitely be using this company and will be recommending others as well!!!
