The whole Cascade team is amazing. JJ, Tyler, and Jason moved a downstairs bathroom with ease. They also ran new water lines and fixed the regulator and water heater. I called you twice last Friday on 9/29/2017 early afternoon. Google says that you are open until 6pm. Trust me I didn't even try to call you after hours unless you dont work on Fridays between 12-2:30 pm. And I dont expect you to answer when your with a customer but I did expect a call back from you. And I know that I'm doing this review for the correct company because when I got your voicemail the message says that you can't answer cause you're carrying a water heater up a flight of stairs.

Not only was the price quoted, indeed half of what competitors quoted, he was honest enough to tell me the truth, that I didn't need a new water heater at all! I'll remember that when I do.
