Teddy and his team are by far the most knowable and experienced guys in the city of Boston. And have been for some time. Tearing down old building, site utility work, foundations, and much more are what we heavily rely on them to perform year round and they never disappoint. Very personably guys. No price gouging or unknown change orders. Have 4 projects due to start with them in the coming weeks.

Ronan 953 did an emergency sewer repair for us when our sewer backed up into our house. They were efficient, knowledgable, and prompt. I would recommend them for an emergency repair as they were able to help quickly resolve the problem in one day.

Ronan953 is as professional as you can get! I hired the company to demo a garage, excavate and install a foundation at one of my job sites in Boston. I didn’t have to think about a thing because they knew exactly what to do. They got the project done so quickly and efficiently, leaving me with a super clean job site for my framers to start! I highly recommend and I will continue to use them on all my new construction projects.

We recently discovered that we had a major issue with our sewer lateral. Ted was extremely quick to come over to our property to evaluate the issue and provide a quote and timeline to getting the issue resolved. Even though our issue turned out to be more severe than first thought, Ted and his team had us back up within a matter of days. The Ronan 953 crew was responsive, professional, and went above and beyond. We used them specifically for a lateral line replacement for a 3 family and they navigated a tricky curve ball during the process and were easy to work with and we would use them again.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I work in residential home improvements and am in an out of homes daily. I understand how to set expectations with customer and what a headache it is when things go badly. I can't say enough good about Ronan 953 after we had a sewer back up into our basement in our relatively new home. I had to take a few steps to determine the cause. Once Ronan 953 was referred to me to handle the repair, everything went fast. Teddy, the owner, is a respectable local guy. He knew how to help me enroll in the City of Boston lateral replacement program. He was able to get permits pulled and get out to my home to perform the repair with almost no lifting on my part, and a very fast turnaround. There were 4 or 5 guys on my street for 8 hours and they made quick, efficient work of the job. They had to come in and out of the home to check things and were respectful of our live / work space every step of the way. I would recommend Ronan 953 for any sewer related repair job in the area without hesitation.

I am very grateful for Ted and his team at Ronan 953. We had an emergency sewer lateral issue at our proptery. Ted and his team arrived the very next day, organized the police detail and had the issue fixed by end of day. He was also extremely helpful with walking me through many of the logistics involved in this project. On top of that he was very helpful in my research to find other contractors to address different issues such as cleaning the inside of the house. Ted clearly takes pride in his work and cares about the wellbeing of his customers. Teddy, Tom and the Ronan 953 crew worked tirelessly and quickly repair a burst pipe under the sidewalk that was flooding our building. They handles all the permits, worked with the city and utilities, and quickly managed all the unforeseen challenges that crop up in a situation like ours. A delightful result. Would definitely call on them again.

We had a sewer line blockage over the holidays. During a time where many companies were taking time off - Ted from Ronan came out to look at the situation immediately. He was able to put together a crew and obtain all the permits in a very short period of time to do the repairs. The process was very quick and smooth.

Ronan 953 did excellent work with our |ateral sewer line repair. They managed to replace the old clay pipe with modern tubing without digging up our hedges and flower garden, and took care of replacing the concrete sidewalk panels (how they gained access). Ronan kindly invoiced us early so that we could submit for reimbursement from Boston's cost-sharing program. From beginning to end, Ted and Ray were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. In relation to the other bids we received, theirs was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

They were transparent in pricing, prompt in completing their work, and assisted with the insurance adjustment and reimbursement through the city's lateral project.

I called them with some questions. The lady on the phone was super rude, and she couldn't answer any of my questions so she proceeded to end the call.

I’m writing to express my deep concern regarding a dangerous encounter I had with one of CW & Sons Infrastructure’s drivers last night. On April 16, 2026, at 11:07pm last night. While driving on interstate 495 South (I-495 S) / Capital Beltway. The lane I was in was ending. MDOT, The Maryland Department of Transportation Administration had placed cones to gradually close the lane, requiring drivers to merge. I had my signal on well in advance to merge safely.
Despite this, a CW & Sons Infrastructure truck intentionally refused to allow me to merge. Traffic was extremely heavy, and my lane was ending quickly. Instead of slowing slightly to create a safe gap, the driver accelerated each time I attempted to merge, even as I repeatedly used my horn to signal the urgency of the situation. The more I signaled, the more the driver sped up to block me.
This created a frightening and dangerous scenario. I was forced to abruptly brake to avoid hitting the vehicle in front of me, crashing into the cones, or being pushed into the side of the highway. One vehicle in front of him would not have delayed his arrival in any meaningful way, yet he chose to prioritize blocking me over basic safety and humanity.
What makes this especially disappointing is that CW & Sons Infrastructure’s website emphasizes excellence, professionalism, and safety. My experience was the complete opposite. There was no regard for safety, no regard for other drivers, and no reflection of the values the company claims to uphold.

I am sharing this to make the public aware of the behavior I witnessed from a driver representing CW & Sons Infrastructure. A company that works directly on our roads should hold its employees to the highest safety standards. Unfortunately, this driver’s actions demonstrated the exact opposite.
