Utility Contractor reviews across the US

I wouldn't normally make a review based off this, but the laziness and ineptitude of their employees nearly cost someone dearly this morning. I saw a rake fly off a truck this morning narrowly missing a passenger vehicle behind it. Not only was the useless driver traveling in the passing lane, not only did the inept fool not ensure a secure loard, but the utterly useless was playing on its phone behind the wheel. Such a large stack of clear competence and character flaws stacked on each other in such a small window is a clear indication that employee is a direct reflection of the owners, management and quality of work/service the organization provides. They can't even get the bare minimum safety correct.

Came looking to contact someone about a reckless driver in their vehicle tailgating, swerving, and nearly clipping my vehicle with my family in it. Looks like it's not the first time, won't be the last. Watch out for The white chevy UC32-808, dude drives like he's drunk at 2pm on a workday, texting on his phone while trash flies out of his flatbed.

Do better.

Great staff

Good worker, friendly,

They are respectful to you when talking to you but not in their actions. They leave trash on the street and take over your yard like it’s theirs. They do not communicate timelines and do not clean up after themselves.

My only experience with Bissette construction is with their drivers. Each experience seeing one of their drivers on the road has been them causing a dangerous situation. 100% would not recommend going anywhere near them.

Great company. Efficient, timely, and tasks are always completed to customer standards.

Teach you drivers how to drive. Speeding up to cut off a truck, just to hit the brakes and go slower is an incredibly moronic move.

An awesome company.

If you have construction needs. Maybe you need help planning, this is the company for you

They are currently digging up our $5000 corner berm that we just paid to create so that they could put a support pole in to support their fiber line. The berm is our private property and not public property. Legal action will follow.

Great work and on time. Thank you!

Very good experience working with Anthony. Job was completed above expectations. Highly recommend.

Excellent work. Was able to get the job done in 1 day when other contractors won't even come out for a quote. Very easy to communicate as well.

Anthoney and his company Harbour Contracting are very dependable and deliver quality. Hope to have more work for them soon.

Harbor Contracting took a detailed, complicated job others had turned down. They offered a great price, communicated well and completed the job successfully. I would use them again.

Anthony came out to my home and helped me remove an old pool pump! He was on time, friendly and communicated with me the entire time!! I will definitely have him out again and would recommend his company to anyone I know. 5+ star rating!!! Thank you again!!

Honestly the best contractor we have worked with. Anthony did the site work for our new pickleball court. His price was reasonable and did a fantastic job from starting on time to leaving the site cleaner than they found it. Would highly recommend for any job!
