This crew was amazing. They listened to us. They were very courteous and willing to do what they could to not disturb my landscaping. I work from home and they were great at keeping me updated about what was happening and how long it was going to take. I wish more companies had employees like this.

Updated: Sheldon and his crew were one of the most respectful crews I have dealt with, communicated with me about what was going on, kept my parking lot and driveway clear for fmy customers. Cleaned up well when the job was done and no complaints.

Received a notice today (4/29) that this company has been contracted with Rocky Mountain Power to install a power conduit that will be a month long project that begins TOMORROW (4/30). We got a paper notice on the door at 5pm, according to the notice, crews begin at 7am. It seems like a good idea perhaps to let residents know more than 14 hours in advance of when you plan to have their street ripped up for a month… especially when the street also houses an elementary school with heavy morning and afternoon traffic during the hours they plan on working. Fully understand the work needs to be done: and they are just the contractor, really Rocky Mountain Power could also do better but, if BMEI is leading they should be more courteous. Not your best work, Chad Bryson and Jacob Dow. BMEI superintendent and project manger, respectfully.

Very disrespectful and no reguards for other people. There's a man name Mr Parker who is very dissrespecful and will fire you for no reason.

While replacing gas lines on Marshall Ave. Newport news the workers were courteous. Kept holes covered and marked for Safety and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Thank you.

These people and their employees have been doing work on Pughsville Road which is not only noisy but the fumes from the trucks seeps into my house making me ill. I don’t know what they are doing and frankly I don’t care. It has gone on way too long especially since I am quarantined and can not escape from it.

They just finished installing a new gas line at my house for a generator. Very friendly and professional. They knew I liked my landscaping and were very careful to do as little damage as possible. I could also tell this crew has worked together for a while. They worked as team and were always helping each other. I'm super happy and blessed they were assigned to this job. THANK YOU W.E. I’m sure this is an amazing company that prides themselves with hiring top quality talent employees. Today I witnessed the company truck license plate TW04 didn’t have the courtesy to left a car merge over from a feeder lane almost inches away from hitting 2 cars just to prove a point of not letting the traffic flow. This unprofessionalism could have cost the company money with unplanned maintenance or even worse consequences of injuries. And the driver laughed as if he had no regard for safety of others. I know we all are hoping to get home in a timely manner to our love ones. I pray that the owners have a crucial conversation with this driver. You are representing a great company please act accordingly.
