On a beautiful Saturday morning, we were subjected to half an hour of a worker sitting in the truck, on obviously a personal call, yelling and cussing. The truck was not parked close to where the was supposedly being done. And you totally messed up my front yard with dead grass, dirt clods everywhere, ruts where the machinery drove through it. Yes, thank you very much. We don't even have a gas line to the house.

Please investigate Truck 49 and the driver who was behind the wheel on Saturday 10/22 approx 1430. As I tried to keep my family away from this driver, I whitenesses some of the most reckless driving from reading truck identified as Truck 49. Severely concerning.

Stop blocking my driveway because you can't be bothered to pull up 10 more feet. I know you have a job to do, but there was zero reason to do this.

This company came out broke my water line and fixed it with out letting me know. Only way I found out was a high water bill. They were doing work for for virginia natural gas. They team was very unprofessional, I called to file complaint and they never called me back.

KRG has been very responsive and professional both in identifying the problem with my stormwater drain and in replacing it. All without needing to dig out the drain. Thank you so much for a job well done and the attention to details with the landscaping and the concrete junction box cover.

KRG Utility went above and beyond and beyond and beyond to help us. Our contractor did not properly install our sewer drainage pipe. If it had not been for KRG, our 6 year old home would have been red-tagged and we would have lost it to foreclosure. KRG did the necessary repairs and literally saved our home. KRG is the BEST!!!!!

We had a water leak at one of our tenant's properties that we needed to attempt video where the cause of the leak was coming from. The same day we reached out to them within a couple of our they sent a team to our tenant's site and were able to assist with attempting to camera the underground utility to locate the cause of the leak. The team they sent out was very professional, communicated and also patient with us as we all tried to figure out the source of the water leak. We've utilized KRG several times in the past to video underground utilities for upcoming projects along with sending their camera into pipes to find the causes of water leaks. If YOU are looking for an unpleasant, experience with an unprofessional crew that will lower your expectations, property value, a company with no regard to children safety, that leave your property/vehicles a hot mess and mock your Christian Faith causing homeowners to have to complain… Well then look no further this is your company! (Krg if you’re willing to apologize and make this RIGHT by doing what you had promised, I’m willing to remove my review an forgive, but until then I think everyone should know my experience)

Seems like they are very good at tearing up a street just to hit the water main for a simple water hookup. No apology no compensation for 3 days of having to boil water. I'm pretty sure who I won't call if I ever need work done.
