Working with Anthony was exceptionally great. Prompt response, high level of professionalism, and extremely well versed with the SOW needed to be done. Went above and beyond to make accommodations considering the circumstances and short notice. Highly recommend Harbor Contracting and would certainly contract them again.

I spoke with Anthony about repairing my driveway on short notice. He was very professional about the work being done and didn't try to oversell me on additional services. The driveway was fixed on the same day and I am extremely pleased on the results. I live in an HOA community and this definitely will keep me of their radar like some HOAs do. I highly recommend them if you want any work done correctly the first time.

We own a plaza in Tampa and we hired Harbor Contracting to do some site work as well as patch work on our parking lot. We called the office for an estimate and she got us on the schedule the same day for the quote. I found the office to be professional and efficient. Anthony the owner of the company met us on site for the estimate and he explained in detail what was needed to make the repairs. Super nice guy. Pricing was good and we hired them on the spot. He got us on the schedule that week for the work to be preformed. The crew was extremely polite and they were in and out in a day, they did a phenomenal job. Good contractors are so hard to find nowadays. If you need any type of site work done this is your company. Great job, thank you Anthony!!

Excellent company, I would recommend anytime. I had quick response from owner Anthony. He was quick to come out & explained the process of drainage system. Anthony owner &his crew were very professional, respectful &friendly &responsive, went way above & beyond to ensure satisfaction. Always did little extras. I had very positive experience. Anthony and his crew were excellent. In our case the city of Clearwater knew him and his company and he had earned a very good reputation. Their installation of our underground fire line was a pass for each phase of inspection. I would highly recommend Anthony/Harbor Construction for any underground Fire line installation.

They hit gas lines all the time.

Bad service and nobody answer phone calls when I try to reach any agent,I have to wait a month for a service and I just get text messages

They installed my internet line and were great, efficient and competent no problems!

These numbskulls cut a Century Link cable in our neighbourhood while doing other work. Our street has been out of service for several days.

These guys cut our internet connection when attempting to bury a line. Instead of fixing it and doing the job right we will be without internet for 16+ hours. As someone who works from home this is completely unacceptable.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful contractor. While digging up my yard to lay fiber cable, they buried my existing edging and plants with dirt and granite landscaping rocks on top of it and left. When asked to fix the mess they walked down to the area and walked away. They also mixed dirt in my granite rock landscaping.

Poor execution from this company. They came out twice, took the cable the first time and connected the old Xfinity cable. The second time, decided to move the cable and run it straight through my neighbor's yard - this was after the company came out and looked at where it was supposed to be dug. Also, when I am talking to them on the phone, they needed to get reappoval to dig it again since they already did it. Not even trying to get it right and make sure the customer is taken care. They also lied and said it was dug on 16 Oct, it was done on 13 Oct as my son saw them doing it. They didn't have 811 do their job so they possibly cut lines in my neighbor's yard. they are in no big hurry to get this fixed. xFinity should not be using this company

The owner was nice when I talked to him. One of his employees was working on a huge deal with CenturyLink, and he almost hit my kid in a crosswalk, which had a stoplight. Then, when I confronted them, one got out and got in my face and put his hands on me. I hope that this gentleman does not represent the work that they are doing all over the neighborhoods and by schools.

Castro Construction just finished burying my Comcast cable line. On time and excellent job. Fidel and his assistant (woman, didn't catch her name) worked well together to trench, lay new coax (in a separate conduit-nice) and reconnect at the distribution box and my house entry. Professional work, had all the needed tools/parts to complete job, including mending two sprinkler system cuts (expected since not marked). Good cleanup after the job was finished.

Xfinity subcontracted to these guys to replace a buried line. They show up and leave because they didn’t bring the machine to dig under the driveway (this was on the ticket as a requirement from xfinity). Show up a week later and dig a hole under the driveway and leave. Then I get a message from them that the crew had an emergency and they won’t be there until 4pm. No idea how this company stays in business

Unreliable liers! Never comes when they say.
They were contracted by Xfinity to come burry our cable wire and they have told us they are coming coming 3-4 times now. Once they were supposed to come first thing in the morning with a supervisor and they failed to show. Worst company ever. Could not rate the work as they never attempted to do it.

Sunday the 11th of October I arrived home and saw 2 of your employees in my backyard via the neighbor's Xfinity service. They did not have permission to access my backyard. What is the procedure in this? I've attempted to contact you 3 times on your cell from the business card that the gentleman left me and tried to call your secretaries but they were of no help. If I don't get a response I will take this higher up and will speak to someone about trespassing. I understand the box is city property in my backyard but they still need permission. Answer your calls and emails!! **1 MONTH PASSED AND STILL NO RESPONSE...FYI**

This company tore a ditch through our yard and cut our irrigation system trying to install a Comcast cable, without our permission or knowledge!
They tried to repair the irrigation damage and accidentally connected our irrigation system to our neighbors system? We had to have a professional irrigation technician fix the problem.
They also tried to repair the ditch they cut through our yard with a bag of dirt and a bag of seed. We still have a big ditch through our yard!
They just don’t care about the quality of their work or the ramifications to their customers.
