Their workers hit my main water line in my yard and wont take responsibility even after talking to their guys and they admitted to it.

Worst Utility Contractor. They do not want to work. Always find an excuse not to do the work and then never answer their phone.

Drivers will block your driveway with their trailers and just sit in their truck texting while you ask them to move.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Do not trust what they tell you. They make more damages than fixing things. Look at positive reviews and you’ll find most of them are actually written by their employees. Look at all the one star reviews. You’ve been warned.

Throwing trash out on the ground at jack in the box in denison while sitting in the company truck sure looks bad on yall.

Horrible company, my father hired them and they hit my main power source. Called their manager Edward Garcia, and when confronted the company refused to pay for damages.
Workers don’t want to work and are lazy!

These people are terrible. They have done "repairs" on our apartment power twice now. The first time they neglected to cut our breaker back on. It took all day calling oncor to figure out why the power wasn't back on. Then they came back yesterday evening and cut our power off with no warning at all. We went downstairs to talk to them about it and they lied to us, saying they had warned us about repairs.

White work truck almost totalled my car in the midlothian jack in the box parkinglot. I guess he really wanted to get in the drive through fast. Do better. Plate rfp 8950

870 driving like a maniac directly next to a school. Not to mention concealing their truck number

We had two gentleman from this company come to our house this evening in Moody. They did a phenomenal job at making sure we got our power back on. After four days with no electricity their pleasant conversation made our evening! Thank you!!

The DART silver line has hillcrest all torn up. The intersection at mccallum is a 4 way blinking red light. Today, 7.14.23 at 7.35am a big standard utility truck blew right thru at 25 to 30 mph, north on hillcrest. I was next and would have been hit if i had started my turn. His licence is RRS 3894.

Their trucks need to learn to stay out of the express lanes if they are going to drive 15 mph under the limit in sections where there is only 1 lane and no passing. Use the main highway. Truck 810 wasted my money today driving slower than my grandma.

The worse company ever. Oncor should terminate the contract with this company. They showed up yesterday for my expedited meter install at 522 S Clark. Parked their for 10 minutes and drove off. All they ever do is not do their work until 3 to 5 attempt

The crew did an excellent job repairing the buried electrical line in my yard in far North Dallas on a Sunday, late afternoon. They cleaned up, filled the holes and had power restored. They couldn't have done a better job. Thank you guys.

We have been waiting many days for you all to pull our power line through an underground conduit so ONCOR can reconnect the power to our house from a temporary pole. Your company is delaying the ability for our builder to finish our new construction house. Because of your team having 0 urgency, are move-in will also be delayed. We have to be out of our rental at the end of this month. We cannot refinish wood floors, lay carpet, etc. until power is back on. It will take your team 10 minutes or less to get this wire set for reconnection. Atmos was able to get their job done within 2 days of requesting. This is unacceptable. There are no power issues in Texas despite this raging heat. This is terrible customer service and I would give 0 stars if I could.

Just wanted to say that one of your trucks almost killed my family on the interstate just now. License plate NRW 2811.
Almost wrecked us and a semi.
