They just walked into my property without even asking permission, they need to be a lot more careful because they had the wrong house , please educate yourself before something happens

Was on my way out of my ally when one of their guys trucks blocks the exit. I honk to let them know I’m trying to get out. The driver then parks the truck in the ally gets out, and starts putting cones down meanwhile looks at me straight in the eye and starts laughing. I most certainly would not want my employees treating people like that with my logo on the van.I called their corporate on 7/14/22 but I’m sure nothing will happen. Even though reading through the reviews they should be fixing the employees driving/parking habits and attitudes. As you can see from the response from the owner they don’t care. The cones were not down yet. They were not even in park. They were turning into the ally they should have backed out of the ally and let me leave.

3 times up the pole for construction of utility service for neighboring house , 3 times disconnection of ATT fiber service. On last visit crew informed by my wife of previous issues with damage to ATT lines and crew responded by not only disconnecting service but literally tearing junction box from the pole. Their purposeful indifference and destructive behavior should cause Oncor to disqualify them for service in this area or at very least to place them on probation and require satisfaction surveys from each site of service that they are in contact with. I hope that a complaint to the PUC about this company will encourage action on Oncor’s part. Their behavior creates higher costs for all utility clients and bad community relations for Oncor.

So, we recently had an electrical emergency at our home while doing construction and had to call Standard Utility to come out in middle of the night (11:30 pm) and fix a ruptured electrical line that was sitting right beside a gas main. Three gentlemen showed up, talked to us, listened to everything we said and immediately got to work. Those three men Jordan # 2061, Harley# 2313 and Rolando # 2595 on truck # 966 stayed busy through the night even while enduring an angry neighbor of mine who felt compelled to walk over and talk his pointless noise all the while these men stayed busy and stayed focused on the task at hand. They were very professional, very polite, very friendly and took the time to explain to us what exactly happened and how they fixed it. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to assist us. If you have any type of situation and you're looking for a dependable company, I'd highly recommend you call Standard Utility and if possible request this same crew because they do know what they're doing and they don't bring ugly attitudes with them as so many companies do when they have to respond to a call in middle of the night followed by a mouthy neighbor. Thank you gentlemen for everything you did and for being the best solution to our problem.
P.S. The photos were taken before they ever started, they were looking to see what they were facing.

Shout out to truck 677 crew! Our Power was out last night Oct 9. The base of the power pole had been dug up so it was a mystery why power isn't going to the house. Crew 677 got right to it figuring out the issue, working through the night. No project to small for these essential workers. We are grateful to have dedicated men. Thank you from Delano Place, Dallas

Worst company, refused to do the job even the city inspected the job and passed it.

We reported the company to oncore, hopefully their contract get cancelled because everyone has problems with this company.

Really rude with complete disregard for anything you tell them.

I wish I can give them zero star.

Their employees clearly think they are above the rule of law, check out these photos of them parked across 3 parking spots, including a handicap spot, in front of a Wendy's in Dallas. I find this to be extremely inconsiderate, especially when they don't have a trailer, they could have easily obeyed the law. Hopefully, their boss will get this under control.

The driver of truck 836 threatened to “beat me up” when I advised him of the power outage to a hospice facility. His junior employee seemed extremely concerned - he had no idea that the address had elderly patients on ventilators. The supervisor in truck 836 said his junior employee was a liar, that he was tired from driving all the way from Duncanville to Dallas, didn’t need to “prove anything to anyone” and threatened to beat me up. This company cares nothing about the community, especially at risk elderly. The supervisor in truck 836 needs a lesson in basic human compassion and empathy. The company also needs to add hospice facilities to their list of urgent priorities.

The supervisor should also be demoted as his “junior” employee seemed to do most of the work and expressed concern for the importance of his work. The supervisor is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Crews #966, #716, and #778 came out to work on a transformer in front of my home in South Dallas. They worked nonstop and handled everything with real dedication. It’s not easy work, but they did a great job and kept things running smoothly. These men definitely deserve some type of appreciation-real hard workers who showed up and got it done.

I had a couple of crews come out to my house today in Arlington to put in a new underground service for my house. I had spoke with the crew leads Austin and Jb. They had assured me everything would be done right and would be cleaned up when they were done. They did an amazing job! I’m disappointed that I couldn’t give this a 5 star review, four guys showed up to work but only three were working. It’s sad to see how people can get away with doing nothing all day while reaping the benefits. I would definitely recommend this crew to others. Overall the work and cleanup was outstanding!

These people are absolute jerks. They will trespass and damage your property. While digging a trench at the home construction site next door, they trespassed onto our property with their bulldozer AND dumped all the excess dirt onto our yard. They wouldn’t even look at me when I asked what IN THE WORLD they were doing in my yard. Luckily, the builder has agreed to clean up our landscaping but it will be weeks before it’s done as he has to litigate against Standard Utility for damages first. A side note: it’s absolutely hysterical that Standard Utility has “integrity” printed on their truck. Their behavior today is the opposite of integrity. Sad that the world has come to this and I’m honestly just sick and tired of people treating others this way.

I had an electrical issue that needed troubleshooting. Jacob arrived, took a look at it and figured out the issue in a matter of minutes. Something that I can easily fix myself. Did not even charge me. I know who I will use for my electrician needs and Callahan from this day forward.

They did great work , clean up the area. The only complaint I have is that they was going to come back to put on a deeper cover , so it would close better and a better fit for my plug , but that was 3 weeks ago. I even texted them back about a week ago. But still hasn't been charged out.
