They destroyed the walls ceilings &!threw all my personal belongings everywhere, in 3 weeks never finished plastering or waiting still boards everywhere! Terrible lead contractor terrible job!

They decided it would be a good idea to wipe their dirty hands on my bed. On my sheets near where I SLEEP.

They have been working to replace the building pipes for over a year now. They cut the water without giving notice, they use all your elevators at the same time, they have no respect to the houses... and the list goes on. USA is an unlucky country in terms of the quality of the services in general, but this guys are probably the worst in their fields.

They performed sewer works and extanding new pipes into my Appartment at Sterling, VA. Vector and his team did really valuable work and great effort. Ther organized and Clean once they finalized thier duites. I higjly recommand them as Profissional contractor.

Poor customer service experience - somewhat rude and indignant (I'm still a bit confused by the interaction). However, the rank and file employees have been great to deal with and very neat when dealing with occupied apartments.

I would give zero stars if I could. Sagewater did not secure our apartment when they had their asbestos removal contractor come in, and a child’s drawing showed up on our bathroom floor- no wrinkles or anything. When I brought my concerns to the site manager, he literally laughed and said that couldn’t have happened and it probably tracked in on someone’s shoe. The drawing was not wrinkled or with shoe marks at all, it looked like a kid was sitting on our bathroom floor and coloring when our apartment was supposed to be secure.

Not only that, but Sagewater broke our sink- cracked it from the wall to the edge of the sink. They never said sorry, just said that it would be fixed the next day, which was a Thursday. Well, Sagewater has not once called me to give me any information on this issue, I have had to call every week (this happened back in March!) to ask where our sink is, as it’s been almost three months now and we still have the sink that they broke in our bathroom.

Shady business with rude people who laughed at me when I had concerns, but treated my fiancé just fine whenever he had questions 🙄

If you have a choice, do not work with Sagewater, they are the worst contracting company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Victor Estrada and his crew were very professional, and punctual. They came on time, and finished on time. Work is of quality. They cleaned well after work. They followed good safety protocols and sanitized the site. Thanks.

Sagewater team is fixing pipes in our building. They really did good job. They are efficient, neat and pay attention to detail. They are patient and listen to suggestions. They are on time. Especially project manager, Corey, Joe, who checked very floor, every unit at the beginning and end of day to make sure everything OK. I am very pleased with their work. Mahalo.

Chris Nelson and his team were amazing. They did a huge job in a Condo Complex, and he was extremely responsive to me even though I am just a Property Manager who manages one of the many units. Highly recommend his team.

Keegan (Project Manager) and crew showed up on time as promised. Completed a complex plumbing retrofit in a few short hours. Areas to be undisturbed were plastic sheeted and taped. All patches to walls and ceilings were expertly repaired and paint matched to perfection. Even had a crew member clean after completion. True professionals.

Sagewater recently re-piped my apartment and I want to compliment Keegan Sullivan and his crews on doing such a great job. Keegan and each member of his crews have been professional and polite through every step of the process. All my concerns and questions were addressed promptly and in a professional manner, especially when I was apprehensive about having “strangers” in my home with my animals. Care and concern was expressed especially since the work was being done shortly after Covid-19 lockdown was lifted. The crew members were all very respectful to me, my pets and my living space. The work was done faster than I expected, the end results looked well done. I’m not a plumber but I’ve seen a lot of residential construction and plumbing repairs to know a good job from a bad one. (I’m in the real estate business.) The crews are hard working and deserve extra kudos!

The team was very organized, prompt and informative on each step they took working on our unit. The team was also very polite and very clean prior, during and after their work. Also very considerate in the early am ..allowing us to exit a little.later than planned ..we apreciated very much the excellent work they did ..we will recommend their work to others with water leaks and or needing pipe replacements.

Compliments to the plumbing crew who managed to pull off a couple of miracles and save my valuable stonework in both baths. Their work was professional. They conducted themselves with respect, honesty and were quiet, clean and non-intrusive. The painting staff were quick and their work was professional. Although this was a long and arduous process for the owners, the staff at Sagewater made is bearable. Thank you.
