Customer Service is great! Service outstanding! Prices were great! They came on time and did a superior job. I will definiately use them in the future for all my painting needs. They deserve 10 stars - very nice people!

It was my first time using Jandres Painting Services (and definitely not my last). I needed a company to power wash and paint my 20+ year old fence on my residential property. Customer service was top-notch from scheduling an on-site estimate, receiving the written estimate, power washing, to painting. Leila, customer service rep, was very responsive and courteous with her communication. The written estimate was very detailed and easy to understand. Luis and his colleague arrived on-time each day of the 2 1/2-day project. They were also very customer-oriented and briefed me on the progress of the work. They are professionals in what they do, and they take great pride in their work! I will definitely use them again!

Had a really bad experience in trying to get some exterior and interior work done as two separate projects, but keep plugging along thinking the experience would get better because of the good reviews. The final straw was when they gave us a date they were available and we worked our schedule around to be available on that date. We then found out that they gave the date to someone else. Even then I communicated to the vendor that we'd be willing to move forward, but just to work with us fairly (again thinking the experience is going to get better and maybe this is just a hiccup). Not only did we not get an apology for the bait and switch on the dates, but I got a long lecture on how everything so far was all our fault. As you can imagine, we did not move forward with this painter and thankfully found someone else (also reviewed) who was just amazing and we've already worked with now on a couple of different projects and are working through scheduling a few more.

UPDATE: I just want to provide a response to what this vendor replied with because the gentleman continues to point fingers at us. Yes, he did call, during work hours, so I was not able to pick up the call. However, I did call him back, and fairly quickly, but he had already given our time slot away. Further, to not even acknowledge the call back, and the fact that I called back fairly quickly is in line with what we experienced with him all along. Highly recommend avoiding this business!

These guys are terrific! Our house needed some minor repair before it could be painted. They rebuilt the roof overhang for a bay window, such that rain no longer runs down the window/side of the house. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous. Very fair price for the work completed. Now we have to wait for the winter to pass, so they can paint the entire exterior.

Jandres has painted our home on multiple occasions. He consistently demonstrates a meticulous attention to detail that puts our minds at ease. Plus, he is tidy and punctual. We see the love he pours into his work and we are eternally grateful!

Following the installation of some new windows, we decided to work with Jandres Painting Services to update a significant portion of our interior living space. They patched up any exposed areas around the windows and repainted several bedrooms and the adjoining hallway/stairway. We're really happy with how everything turned out! From the very beginning the staff was very responsive and easy to communicate with. They were courteous and very transparent about the whole process, and their team was very thorough. We would recommend them to others, and will be keeping them in mind for any future projects!

I highly recommend Jandres Painting for all your painting and home repair services. I reached out last year but too late in the season, however, Leila, saved my info moreover remembered me when I called this season to get on their books for a proposal for a Fence and Deck staining project. Their team came out right away; understood my vision and kept me informed throughout the process. In addition to the staining I decided to have my home/doors painted. They exceeded all my expectations—I simply love the results! They were very patient with me, reassured me where I was concerned and overall provided the best customer service! I will definitely use them for future projects!

The team was able to remove a tough wallpaper border and repaint our upstairs hallway. They did a great job and were fast and respectful. Everything was cleaned up nicely. Would use them again in the future!

We could not have had a better experience with Jandres Painting Services. We contracted with them to paint the interior of our house from floor to ceiling. We were worried our house would be difficult to live in and smell of paint fumes. Every night when we came home as much of the house was put back together as was feasible. We were able to use our kitchen every night. I don't know how they did it but paint fumes were at a minimum. Everyone we dealt with was beyond professional and flawlessly adapted to changes we made along the way. I have recommended them to friends, neighbors and family contemplating home projects.

Don't start your next painting job until you've talked with these guys! They will give you an honest price and do as good a job (if not better) than the other overpriced painters in our area. Since March, I've used them twice on two different properties (Alexandria and Arlington). In addition to the fair price and professional work ethic, they had other intangibles that I appreciated. They showed up when they said they would. They completed the job when they said they would and they left the place better than they found it. I rarely ever leave public posts. But I know the struggle and anxiety of finding trustworthy workers for my home projects so I needed to share. I hired Jandres to paint the entire outside of my town home. The aluminum siding was old and stained, but it wasn't cost effective to have it all replaced. These guys worked miracles with gallons of paint and a lot of effort-- so it looks like a brand new house! Their attention to detail is excellent. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. They were affordably priced. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We highly recommend Jandres Painting for your next project. They just finished painting our newly rebuilt deck and did an impeccable job while also providing a very fair price. We have Trex floors and railing tops and they were very careful not to get any paint on that material. Leila was very helpful in scheduling our project quickly and they completed the work efficiently. We will use them again!

For the second time Jandres Services did great work for me. Luis had a super tight timeline and his crew showed up perfectly as scheduled. They powerwashed my home, prepped and repainted my back deck, front door and front porch, recaulked my shower and repaired some drywall, matched paint and touched up interior bedrooms. In the process one of his workers found some compromised roof flashing and rotted wood. He cut out the rotted wood and replaced it, repainted and added new flashing so it wouldn't happen again.

Jandres is reliable, does quality work and is reasonably priced. I haven't had them do remodeling but apparently that is in their wheelhouse as well. I will most definitely call them again for painting and overall handyman work.

Jandres Painting provided excellent service on my damaged siding and wood fence. They were very professional and arrived early in the morning and worked all day, cleaning up before they left. They replaced my damaged siding, painted the front, side and rear of the house. They also pressure washed and stained my fence, it looks like a brand new house. They did a great job, will definitely use them again and have referred them to friends and family. Leila, Luis and the team are great to work with, couldnt be happier with the job they did.
