Shout out to Floors Kitchen and Bath for our new bathroom. Our project manager Rafi was very responsive to our texts and questions. When we had a couple issues at the end - Rafi came out himself and everything was wrapped up in a couple hours.
We really can’t thank enough our tile installer, Adrian, who did such a professional job and truly was responsible for so much of making our new bathroom so beautiful.

Had renovations on our half bath. The bathroom turned out great, but had to make a few corrections that we didn’t intend prior to completion. Overall pleased with the vision I had for our bathroom. Employees were pleasant and cleaned up every day after work. If any issues, they were fixed in a timely manner.

Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct provided a seamless bathroom remodeling experience. They had previously done our kitchen. So, we called on them again for our bathroom. We knew they would do a great job, we would recommend them for any house remodel. Rafi was very understanding and catered to our particular taste. We recently completed a full kitchen renovation with Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct, and we are absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out. From the beginning, Rafael (the owner) was hands-on, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He guided us through every step of the process—from design to final walkthrough—and made sure no detail was overlooked.

One of the standout features of our renovation was the beautiful quartz countertop and backsplash installation. The quartz has a clean, modern look that completely transformed the space. The installers did an excellent job with the cuts and seams—everything lined up perfectly, and the backsplash flows seamlessly with the countertop. It gives the kitchen a sleek, high-end feel while still being incredibly practical and easy to maintain.

Another highlight was the installation of new hardwood floors that perfectly match the existing flooring in the rest of our home. We were a bit nervous about whether the new flooring would blend in, but Rafael assured us it would—and he was right. The transition is flawless, and it looks like the kitchen was always meant to be part of the original design. The attention to detail in the staining and installation was exceptional.

Rafael went above and beyond to ensure we were happy throughout the project. He regularly stopped by to check on the progress, quickly addressed any questions or concerns we had, and truly cared that we were 100% satisfied with the result.

Their professionalism made our kitchen remodeling project smooth and stress‑free, especially since we were in the middle of moving to VA from out of state.

Rafi oversaw the entire job and was extremely responsive and receptive, especially with our change orders. Chris (plumber) worked tirelessly in our basement ensuring the plumbing for the gas line was installed to code and ultimately passed county inspection. While waiting for the gas to be installed, Rafi loaned us an electric stove to use.

We had four of our bathroom renovated and are very happy with the results! What stood out the most was Rafi’s flexibility and communication. Overall they kept everything very clean and even offered cleaning service after all the renovation was complete. Anytime we had a concern or needed to make a change, they listened and addressed it. While there were a few detail-related slip-ups along the way, they were quick to correct them immediately once brought to their attention, which we really appreciated. Overall, a hardworking and professional crew — especially Manolo and his brother who were the crew that directly worked on our bathrooms, they were absolutely fantastic to work with and we’d gladly work with them again.

Very happy with our powder room renovation by Floors Kitchen & Bath. Rafi and all the tradesmen who came to our home were a pleasure to work with. Custom cabinet is well made and beautiful. All the fixtures installed are good quality. We would definitely hire them again for additional work.

5 stars – I was extremely impressed with Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct. Their craftsmen were all exceptional (and I am usually a little hard to please). Everyone communicated clearly at every step, and they were always friendly and professional. They showed up on time, completed the work on schedule and took special care to clean-up everyday. It took me months to make all the final decisions. The good advice, patience and understanding throughout the whole process is what I appreciated the most. I absolutely love my small primary bath renovation. Even better that I hoped! I will definitely choose them again and I would definitely recommend them for any home renovation or kitchen remodeling project.

Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct (FKBD) recently remodeled the entire main level of our townhouse, and we could not be happier with the results. The outcome was absolutely beautiful.
The project included a full kitchen demo and extension, new cabinets, counters, lighting, extending and refinishing our hard wood floor, and repainting the entire level. We were so pleased with the work-in-progress that we had the basement carpet removed and replaced with LVP, completely transforming that space.

The crew—Oswaldo and his brothers—were truly incredible. They were polite, professional, creative, and impressively fast without ever sacrificing quality. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, communicated clearly, and paid close attention to detail and our inputs. Their work was meticulous from start to finish.

Rafi, FKBD’s owner, was excellent to work with. He was highly accommodating as we made changes along the way and was always willing to adjust anything we weren’t fully satisfied with. That flexibility and responsiveness made the experience far less stressful and ensured we ended up with exactly what we wanted. He would often say “You’re gonna love it!” …. and he was right.

Select Kitchen and Bath did amazing work remodeling our bathroom. The team was professional, talented and reliable. It was easy to communicate with them and they listened to our needs. They took our 1950s bathroom and upgraded it to the 21st century. The results exceeded our expectations and we could not me happier.

We hired Select Kitchen & Bath to remodel two full bathrooms. From the very beginning we knew we had made the right decision going with them. Derek, the interior decorator, helped us every step of the way in choosing the materials, fixtures, paint color, cabinets and counter tops. He knew exactly what was needed, including wall niches which we didn't even think of, and made excellent recommendations. He was always available to answer questions thru telephone or email. We were then put in touch with the project manager, John, who was also extremely helpful and professional. As an example of the level of detail the company provides, when the cabinets were delivered, John inspected them and noticed one of them had been slightly damaged. We didn't notice until he had told us that he had already ordered a replacement! During the remodel the contractor, Scott, was always on time and coordinate with us if anything needed answering. He placed floor coverings everywhere he needed to go thru to get to the bathrooms, and every day he kept a clean work area. Overall we are enjoying the bathrooms very much and extremely satisfied with the company, and the workmanship Select Kitchen & Bath provides.

We had an excellent experience working with Select for a kitchen renovation in early 2024. As part of the estimate process they took full measurements of the kitchen space and surrounding rooms to generate early renderings of the final product. The proposal was comprehensive. Once we started to make more selections the renderings improved in fidelity such that we had a very good sense of the final product prior to making the first major financial commitment (i.e., cabinet order). When the work started the crew assigned was at our house making progress every business day of the job’s duration. They protected our floors and cleaned up after themselves daily. The primary carpenter was experienced and very skilled. From our perspective the job was complex as we knocked down a load bearing wall (now supported by LVL beam), had to move multiple radiator and vent pipes, had lead paint within the walls that were being disturbed, did a wholesale replacement of everything in the kitchen (gutted to studs on all sides), and requested a continuation of hardwood flooring without transition. To complicate matters, during the old kitchen floor demo it was discovered we had asbestos tile underneath. Select’s project management team helped us navigate all of these challenges and hazards smoothly. Given the unexpected nature of the asbestos abatement they passed along the subcontractor’s estimate without a markup. The master plumber they used was also very skilled. He re-routed the steel radiator pipe runs using the appropriate heat-rated pex material. As the final product came together the experienced carpenter’s pride in his work was evident. He had an acute eye for the finer details. We are extremely happy with the finished product. From start to finish the job took just shy of 2 months. That was much to our liking.

He was knowledgeable in helping me select the proper fixtures and styles to update my bathroom flooring, tile, and faucets, as well as supplying the necessary personnel to facilitate the bathtub resurfacing.
Sergio also helped me select the perfect flooring with the accompanying molding and baseboards. He also coordinated with the various contractors who leant their time and talent to the project.
I recommend Sergio and his team to anyone looking to undertake those daunting first steps into the world of kitchen and bath renovation.

Select did our kitchen 6 years ago. Since that time we had them return in 2020 to convert our living room into a media room by painting, install lighting and our big screen TV. They did an excellent job. In 2026 our hall bathroom was in need of some repairs. However, a complete remodel was not in our budget Sergio, Select’s designer, worked with us to update the bathroom keeping the current tile floor and vanity. He made a concerted effort to find wall tile that would match the new toilet and tub and would absolutely work with the our current flooring and granite countertop on the vanity. In addition, to these items my husband wanted all the shut off valves in our 5 bathrooms to be updated. Sergio did an excellent job in guiding us through the process with several visits and keeping us within budget. We then heard from Luis, Select’s, project supervisor as when our project would be scheduled. There were some adjustments in scheduling due to another project that had some issues but all was resolved and Select accommodated our request for the time that would work best for us. The bathroom update went extremely well Teddy, Select’s employee in charge of doing the actual work, was absolutely amazing. He was always on time, respectful of our home by laying canvas covering over our flooring, each day when the he finished working the area was cleaned and organized so that you would not know work was being done. Teddy’s attention to detail and workmanship were outstanding. This was evident not only in the work we had originally scheduled but in additional work we had included in a change order. Since Select was at our house we decided to have them do some repair on the wallboard in our basement and replace the toilet and flooring in our basement bathroom. Teddy did all this work with his helper who was also excellent. Luis stopped by at certain points in the project to ensure that all details were taken care of. Rick was continually in touch with us through out the process to discus with us any issues that arose and needed addressing. It is worth noting that Rick always sat with us and gave us advice on the different options we had and never pressured us to go one way or the other. We always felt that he was keeping our budget in mind as well. After all this work has been completed for over a month, believe it or not, our MBR toilet is not flushing properly and we decided to replace it. We gave Rick a call and asked if Select would consider replacing this for us. He agreed to do it. I can’t say enough about how satisfied we are with all the work Select has done for us through the years as well as the manner in which they conduct their business relationships .

We are thrilled with our kitchen remodel from Select Kitchen and Bath! From start to finish, it was a great experience. Our designer, Derek, was very knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of our questions. John and Joe did a fantastic job on the install. No detail was overlooked. Highly recommend this fantastic company.

I used Select Kitchen and Bath to help with adding a full bathroom into our basement. They were helpful in the basic design and layout to find the best fit for our space. The work done from drywall work, to tile work, to installation of the fixtures their work was great - they were always accessible and kept us updated on progress as well as timing. Superb job! We had an overall great experience with Select Kitchen & Bath that produced a beautiful kitchen we absolutely love. They listened to our design requirements, made helpful suggestions for areas we were undecided on and worked with us to develop a detailed kitchen design. Professional and personable throughout, their communications with us were outstanding to include regular communications once the project got started. Their suggestions for detailed finishing ideas (something we hadn’t completely thought through) were very helpful and further enhanced our design. For the most part we were very happy with the workmanship. In areas where we expressed concerns, they addressed them to our satisfaction. The end result was a complete kitchen renovation with a beautiful result. We will definitely use Select for future renovations.
