I had the best experience with Baran the project manager. He was so kind and helpful and had so much knowledge. I would recommend him to anyone for any kitchen or bath help. He gave me the best options and helped me choose everything!

I walked in looking for hardware for my basement bar and Victor was extremely helpful. He helped me select handles and knobs and directed me as to some great resources. If you are looking for great customer service and knowledgeable advice I suggest you make your way here!

So disappointed to drive all the way down here during the hours listed on their website only to find it was closed. We showed up 2 hours before close and it looked as if they had been closed all day! Lights off, doors locked, nobody answering the phone. To add insult to injury the “Open” sign was illuminated and staring at us and the (clearly inaccurate) store hours hanging in the window. No note in the window, post on social media, or anything. We waited 15 minutes on the sidewalk before giving up. Guess we will go elsewhere for our kitchen renovation.

Baran was instrumental in moving my project along in a timely manner. He kept me informed at all times when items would be delivered. He even delivered everything himself. Great service. Excellent project manager.

I ordered my vanity, double sinks, faucets, mirrors, lighting, shower head, and shower and floor tile. I also ordered knobs for vanity and dressers. I had NV Kitchen and Bath make 2 extra dresser cabinets with same counter top as vanity for my bedroom.
I have my own contractors installing vanity, dressers and shower tile.

Melissa was also very helpful in the design aspect of my bathroom project. She helped me pick the tile and cabinetry. She was also helpful in finalizing paint color for walls in bathroom and bedroom.

Bathroom floor and shower tile is being completed as I write. Looks great.
Baran as promised has contacted glass company to make shower door.

I am pleased so far and would recommend NV Kitchen and Bath for your remodeling needs.

NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS. This is total fraud activity here. We made an agreement on a project 4 months ago, and after the formulation, everything is completely ruined. They promised a lot of things, but it was all lies.

Be very careful of their salesperson, Melissa. She totally lied to me. She told me she would personally check my project quality, but the moment the sale was done, she never answered the phone again. She explicitly told me the workers were their own employees, but they used cheap subcontractors instead. I cannot believe it—when I call them now, they say they "do not take care of it" after the project is sold.

This is definitely not worth the stress and money. That is crazy—I spent over $50,000 for this project just to be treated like this. Do not believe the 5-star ratings; I saw a lot of fake reviews here. Stay away
