We knew Miguel was the right fit for our project from our first meeting. From that point all the way through our final inspection and even coming back to touch up finishes, he brought great positive energy to the effort. That combined with solid quality workmanship and the best customer service I can remember led to a great overall experience. We stayed in our home the whole time and they built our addition around us. He and his crew took the time to make sure that we were safe and comfortable the whole time – accommodating me, my wife, our kids and our elderly dog. We’re looking forward to having MV Contractors back to help us with more of our projects and highly recommend that you talk to them about yours.

M.V. Contractors have been a blessing to us since they replaced all the plumbing and put in a new kitchen in our house one year ago. Miguel is always respectful and so is his staff. They are punctual and always willing to take care of any issue(s) we may have with their work. I have referred them several times. He's upfront always with the cost and what he can recommend for your budget. You will not be disappointed.

Oral is the best contractor ever that we work! He is always on time, he put himself on the client shoes so every penny is worth! We are happy to met him!

We needed to have the entire Living floor of our townhouse remodeled. We already had purchased new cabinets for our kitchen. We just needed somebody to remove all of the old stuff in the kitchen and install the new stuff including flooring, cabinets, appliances and lighting. At the same time, we also needed some cabinets installed in the adjacent family room/breakfast nook and office space, fix/replace the flooring thoughout the entire floor and install counters.

We found a few potential contractors through Angi but decided on Z and O because the were able to give us one price for all of the work, materials included. The price was competitive, and the timeline was very quick. The entire job took 4 weeks from beginning to end, for a total of 15-17 work days.

The crew for the work arrived at a reasonable hour every morning (8a) and worked until 6-7p, Mon-Fri and the occasional Saturday. They sealed off the rest of the house but we still had access through a series of "airlocks". There was no collateral damage to the house.

Our Project Manager, Oral Aydogdu, was a pleasure to work with. Very charming and personable, very attentive and very knowledgeable and very responsive to any concern or issue we raised. He was out at our job almost everyday, overseeing our project and coordinated all of the different aspects of the different materials fabrication (including countertops) and installation.

When we decided to get our deck replaced in the middle of the kitchen reno, he was able to provide that service as well at a very reasonable price. Once we had agreed on a price, they had a crew out here within a couple of days, the materials were dropped in our driveway, the demo was done in a day, and the new deck was installed in three more days. And did I forget to mention the more than reasonable price?

I highly recommend that you consider Z and O Construction if you have a renovation or any other kind of project. Our experience was excellent, and we wouldn't hesitate to consider them again for any other project that we might consider contracting out.

The kitchen came out GREAT! Not only was the finished product great, but so was the the overall experience. From picking out the cabinets, and counters, to the project work, Oral made sure everything was taken care of. He took the time to make sure we were happy with the work the project team was doing and took care of any concerns immediately. From experiences with other contractors who do not take this approach to project management, it is greatly appreciated and should not be undervalued! I cannot say enough how beautiful the kitchen turned out! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

This is a high end, well run operation at a reasonable price. The project started and ended on time and our POC, Oral, was literally available at all times for any questions or concerns. He provided the right mix of offering design and technical expertise and listening to our feedback of specifics we wanted. Halfway through the project we already started enlisting them for other projects! This will definitely be our go to company for future construction.

Although I'm an architect, this was my first time working with a general contractor for a personal home project. I'm so glad I chose Z&O Construction for the bathroom remodel in my condo. They completed the project in 7 business days, with great communication and professionalism throughout the process. The team has extensive experience and it shows in the quality of the final product. The fee aligns with market rate and you get so much value for the price of their services. I highly recommend reaching out for your next home project!

This company was great very professional on time and very good quality materials. They remodeled 4 full bathrooms, painted interior 3 floors, replaced floors in entire house, did plumbing and electrical work throughout house. Remodeled living room, dining room and kitchen. All 3 rooms were divided by wall they made all 3 rooms open living room, dining room and kitchen. Kitchen fully remodeled. I love the work they have done in my home and would recommend them to do any remodel they will give you the best quality for your money.

We hired Z&O Construction services for a small bathroom renovation, removing a bath tub and replacing it with a shower. Their attention to detail when building the bathroom was pretty good. Their construction crew (German and Jose) certainly knows what they are doing, and their were very accommodating when changing a thing or two on the original design. Oral, the owner/manager, is very flexible and he has a good selection of very good, high end quality materials. The renovation was completed on time and on budget, as agreed on the initial proposal. We highly recommended their services for bathroom renovations.

They are soooooooo good at building

I am a real estate broker and I helped Chris sell his most recent reno. In 20 years of selling real estate, it is probably the most dramatic transformation I've seen. With very little to start with, Chris and team turned a dilapidated old house into an impressive home which commanded a high price for the area. Excellent work!

Chris Daffan and his highly-skilled crew did a terrific job of remodeling our outdated kitchen to produce a beautiful and stylish new space! The team arrived promptly and they worked very efficiently and expertly together. Chris staged the work to create minimal disruption for us and he was always available to answer questions and discuss progress during the process. Chris is friendly and good natured, creating a professional atmosphere that is pleasant and reassuring. We plan to engage Daffan Homes for another room remodel in the near future, and we give them our highest recommendation for any home renovation project!

The services were phenomenal. They did practically a complete renovation of our apartment. Alltecs went above and beyond with executing our vision, stayed on schedule, laid out multiple price point options from affordable to luxury, and even removed heavy objects and other odd jobs to make sure the renovation went smoothly. Once again, I can sing the praises of this team for the level of professionalism they displayed.

Alltecs has completed several projects for our local government municipality, including a public park restroom renovation, an office conversion, and various electrical and plumbing remodels. Their team was efficient, professional, and communicative throughout each project. All work was completed on time and with excellent quality. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a reliable and skilled contractor with experience working on government projects.

I hired NV Kitchen and Bath for a kitchen remodel. While the quality of workmanship deserves 4 stars, the overall experience—especially the communication and project management—was extremely poor and merits only 1 star. I'm settling on a 2-star review overall.

The estimated timeline for the project was 3–5 weeks. About 90% of the work was completed within that timeframe, which I appreciated. However, delays related to the window installation—and more importantly, the repeated miscommunication and lack of follow-through from the project manager—made the experience frustrating and stressful.

There were numerous occasions (at least 10) where I reached out to multiple team members and either received no response or was told I’d get a call back that never came. This kind of communication is unacceptable in a professional remodeling project.

Additionally, I found myself having to explain project details to the construction crew—something that should absolutely be the responsibility of the project manager. I had to intervene multiple times to ensure things were done according to the agreed-upon plans.

Regarding the window, I understand NV is not a window manufacturer and depends on third-party suppliers. However, once it became clear that the original supplier had no ETA on delivery, it should have been NV’s responsibility to proactively find an alternative—not just wait it out. When the window finally did arrive (damaged—not NV’s fault), they ordered a replacement, again with no ETA. Only at that point did they finally seek out a new supplier. Unfortunately, the project manager gave incorrect specs to the new vendor, and after waiting another month, I discovered the replacement window—one I had already waited over four months for—was wrong. Why the project manager failed to follow the documented plans is beyond me.

Construction began on July 2nd, and as of now (late September), the project is finally 95% complete.

If you decide to work with NV Kitchen and Bath, my strong recommendation is to avoid working with Victor as your project manager. Communication was poor throughout, and it significantly impacted the overall experience. Choose a different PM if you want a smoother process.

****Updated 3/16**** Sounds like NV has fired a bunch of the people working for my project without telling me, nor giving me anyone to work with. I am still waiting on the project to be completed.......

Love my new kitchen! The team at nc kitchen design was great from start to finish. Omer and Rene were hard workers and know their stuff especially tile work. Melissa is a delight to work with and did a great job helping me pick out products, colors and accommodating. Ali paid close attention to process and followed through on job details. Thanks to all!
