Great selection and service. I scheduled time to design a couple of bathrooms and ended up in a meeting looking at different options and found tiles, paint, mirrors, doors, and other accessories that look great in my home and are within my budget. I recommend Mosaic!

My husband and I renovated the first floor of our townhome in Oldtown Alexandria a few months ago and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I'm a licensed architect and I drafted the plans, my husband is an Engineer and helped with the MEP portion of the drawings but we needed an interior designer to help us build out the custom cabinetry due to the small space, keeping the aesthetic of the 1950s home and additional detail/craftsmanship we were looking to incorporate. Mosaic as a whole was wonderful to work with but Sooz in particular drafted the cabinetry drawings, helped us pick out the furnishings and provided great input and design efficiencies throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Mosaic and Sooz as your designer for your kitchen or bathroom remodel!

I like dealing with Mosaic in Alexandria. I work directly with Diego and he is always very helpful and professional. When I call with questions for my tiles projects he is diligent in getting me quick responses and samples to my customers. A pleasure to deal with.

The various options of materials to use is almost limitless and the staff is incredible and flexible. I changed my mind on floor tiles mid stream during the process and my consultant(Janelle) wasn't phased one bit. What a great place that a friend told us about. We went to the Alexandria store. We did not have a designer so worked with their in-house designers Michaela and Deigo. They were patient, helpful and gave us great ideas within our budget! We started at Floor and Decor but quickly realized that Mosiac gave us the help we needed. Can't say enough about service! The showroom is FABULOUS. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed!

We cannot begin to thank Janelle for her help with our project. We built a home in another state during COVID and did all of the tile selections with Janelle from the store in VA. At the time were were selling a house, building a house, lost two parents and we were both working full time to say the least. Janelle was so patient, a great listener, creative, fun and has an amazing eye. She knew when to push us to get out of our comfort zone and when to reel us back in. She was always ready for our appointments and was so responsive to emails. She managed the entire job - 4 bathrooms, large kitchen, bar, laundry room, mudroom - every inch and it all flows beautifully. Janelle handled all the details of sealers and grouts colors and had it shipped to another state before the deadline. She even provided detailed directions to the installer. Janelle is a total pro. You will not find anyone as creative, kind, and talented.

We had the pleasure of working with Diego while selecting flooring and backsplash tile for our updated kitchen. He was not only very knowledgeable about the products, but he also took the time to listen to what we were saying. He ultimately led us to a beautiful luxury vinyl plank and crackle patterned subway tile which we selected. Definitely recommend going to Mosaic and seeing Diego!

I worked with designer Michaela Sedlak on my two bathrooms’ renovation project. Michaela was very helpful. She has great designer’ eyes, was always very prepared for the appointments, and quickly responded to my emails. She accommodates to different style and budget very well. I was very happy with the results.

The employees are supremely helpful and professional, they go out of their way for my modest sized orders. Showroom is gorgeous and has a wide variety of styles. Prices are comparable to the same tile at a big box store — but here has good customer service and incredibly fast delivery. This place is the best.

Diego was great to work with in our bathroom remodel. He even went to look for a tile from the manufacturer when Mosaic did not have it. He went over and above his desire to get us what we wanted. He is extremely personable and such a pleasure to work with.

I worked with Diego to select tile for a bathroom floor. From the mediocre photographs that I sent him, Diego was well prepared for my in-person visit, with suggestions in various styles and at various price points. He offered objective advice on the tile, and made sure to cover the details such as grout color and sealant for the natural stone that I liked. Overall, I was very please with everything from start to finish.

The entire selection process was wonderful. We were greeted warmly upon entering the showroom and was offered assistance immediately. Diego, our designer, asked a few questions to get a sense of what we were looking for; such as color, design, style, etc. He showed us his suggestions until we finally found the perfect tile for our backsplash. Diego was incredibly helpful. We went to several tile stores but chose Mosaic because Diego was able to guide us through the tile selection process, give us several options that gradually focused in on the design that worked for us, and offer advice about current design trends and what not to do. We definitely plan on continuing to use Mosaic for future tile needs.

Designing a bathroom with Julian from Mosaic was great. The process was simple, quick, and resulted in a beautiful design for 2 bathrooms. Julian was phenomenal about asking questions before our appointment about our style so when we arrived already had great options picked out in our price range. If you're looking for someone with a sense of timeless, modern, and durable bathroom styles I would highly recommend working with Julian. He's also extremely flexible and able to guide you towards choice that will arrive quickly if you're working on an expedited schedule.
