I went to Mosaic for the first time last week and was not disappointed! My client and I worked with Diego to create the master bathroom they have dreamed of for years. Diego understood the design aesthetic we were trying to achieve and the budget constraints under which we were operating. I truly appreciated his care and expertise and look forward to working with him on many future projects.

Diego was supremely helpful to us while remodeling our bathrooms. He has a great eye and collaborating with him was a great experience. He took our vague ideas of what we envisioned and brought us multiple options—including several that we would never have thought of ourselves—that fit both our design and budget. In addition to tiles, Diego also helped us pick out our plumbing, lighting fixtures, vanity, and mirror. I had a great experience working with Diego to purchase new tile for my master bathroom. I briefly talked with Diego on the phone before my appointment and explained the size/layout of my bathroom and what I was looking for. When I arrived for my appointment, he was ready with several different tiles for me to look at, and quickly made modifications and suggestions based on my feedback. He even suggested paint colors that would compliment the tile. If you are looking for tile, Mosaic is the place to go, and Diego is the guy to help you out.

We worked with Diego last summer and had an outstanding experience. We had a tight timeline to renovate our basement. He helped us pick tile that was within our budget, looked fantastic together and was available within 3 days at most. He was able to quickly understand our likes/dislikes and needs. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to bring his expertise to any situation that comes his way. Worked with Diego on the selection (and purchase) of my tile backsplash color (which was a way harder decision than anticipated). He had pulled a great selection of options for me to choose from when I visited and helped weigh the pro/cons and picking out things like grout color. All in all, 10/10 experience and reasonable prices.

Diego Cifuentes is a gem to be treasured! Being overwhelmed with remodel of our two bathrooms and top it off with changing the flooring in the whole house - I just walked into Mosaic Tile Co. after seeing about 4 or 5 tile, flooring, kitchen/bath remodeling companies over couple of weeks trying to chose the best of the both worlds while not breaking the budget in mind. Diego took care of me as a walk-in and he has an eye for design and is able to tweak mix and match fixtures/tiles/rough ins without compromising the style or the budget I had. Great experiencing working with Michaela and getting exactly what we desired. Went in with a general idea of what we wanted in the hallway bath we were remodeling....brighter, low maintenance, maybe some blue-ish tones. She provided some tile options, helped with paint selection, and the final product looks even better than we had hoped.

Sooz Wilson came highly recommended by my interior designer as the "Best kitchen designer she ever met!" and she did not disappoint! In doing a complete remodel, it was the kitchen that posed the biggest challenge because we are a retired couple with a few physical issues to accommodate, and we both love to cook.

While I had experience in re-doing several kitchens throughout many years, I was unprepared for the amount of details and decisions that were involved in the process. So much information to synthesize, and Sooz became the filter and guide who we relied upon and trusted.

Sooz listened carefully, met with our architect, builder and my husband and me several times. She is not only unflappable, but highly knowledgeable and definitive about all the facets involved in kitchen design: cabinets, tile, countertops, etc. We love our kitchen and enjoy cooking even more!

So apparently I’m the only client who had a negative experience here. I have gone back and forth in my mind on whether I should post this but I don’t want another family to have to deal with what I’ve gone through. This will be a long review, my biggest takeaway is that if you are on a timeline, do not use them.

We spent approximately $35,000 on goods and an additional $17,000 on kitchen cabinets which is a lot of money to us. We are a family who has been saving for a few years to build our forever home. I knew I was paying a premium on goods and that I was being charged more for the goods than other places but I did it because we were on a timeline with our move and thought that they would provide us great customer service. That did not happen. We also started the process from another state and were assured that once I picked everything, they would manage it.

Before I get into the timeline issue, i was extremely frustrated by the all around poor customer service. I had to deal with a Mr. Joe Hunter on 2 occasions during this fiasco and he was rude and extremely condescending. I would never speak to someone the way Joe spoke to me on the phone. Additionally, our sub contractor was also treated pretty poorly on numerous occasions which I did not like.

We purchased our house in February so that we could start renovations to move in June 1st. We hired a contractor who has also screwed up our timeline pretty badly but this isn’t about him. Our contractor linked me in with Janelle who is the designer we used. I flew in on March 19th to start the process and again on April 6th to finish the process. We went over my timeline on both meetings. We are renovating 3 bathrooms, our kitchen, and purchased all new floors. None of our stuff was ordered until the first week in June. When I went in to speak to Joe and Janelle about it they completely blamed the contractor. I agree that again a lot of it was on him but Janelle regularly sent me emails and it would have been really nice as a customer if she had given me a heads up that none of my stuff had been ordered.

We are still waiting on a bulk of our order and no updates at all. They were supposed to send someone over today to measure our vanity so that the counter top could be ordered. That did not happen.

I have zero complete bathrooms, no kitchen and zero communication from Mosaic. Pictures of my unfinished bathrooms and kitchen. Premium pricing for a non-premium service. I am so disappointed by all of it.

I had the pleasure to work with Diego. He was kind, fun and patient. He really was knowledgeable about the tile selections and other products. He provided good advice on the selections and I am extremely pleased with my master bathroom. I highly recommend Diego.

Scheduled an appointment to get an estimate for work to be done. Waited an hour but the contractor never showed. Texted and emailed afterwards to see the reason for no show, but never got a response. Was pretty disappointed because over the phone Miguel was super professional; but to not show up and even reach out left me immediately looking for another contractor.

The process of building a home can be quite complicated and stressful. I am extremely thankful I was able to meet Miguel to help me with the construction of my home. He guided me through the construction process and gave guidance on what needed to be changed so the outcome will always be better than expected. You can tell that he has been doing this for many years, lots of experience and vision. Thank you MV Contractors!

2020 had a fire in my house lost almost the complete house. It was just when we faced the horrible pandemic so my panic was at the highest level- contacted Miguel from MVCONTRACTORS and his response was how is everyone doing ,is everyone safe. And he said I’m my way now to see the damage. That showed me how much he care about his clients. After so many back in fort with my insurance company I hired him do the job because I new since they one he was the right for it. In less than a year he finished the construction from bottom to top. Like promised he game the keys the day he finished. Me and my family can’t be more grateful
