They were responsive, courteous, extremely hard-working, knowledgeable and managed to fit our budget and payment schedule! I cannot recommend them enough. We got so lucky and will be using them again in the future. On our speed-dial!

X-Cellence goes above and beyond, and still manages to do this with competitive pricing. We are thrilled with the installation of our very heavy stone fixtures. They worked with our short time frame, were communicative and willing to work with us through hiccups.

Our food establishment has some electrical issues that needed to be service so we hired Cesar who is also an owner of.....to fix the electrical cable and adding additional outlets. Before he started to work on it we told him that the previous electrician did not installed our cable and outlets correctly. Knowing Cezar have a current electrical license with experience background for residential and commercial so we ask if he can repaired/fixed that at our restaurant. He said yes,
so we discussed that he has to add 1 outlet with 3 plug-in but instead he installed 1 outlet with only 2 plug-in, after the service was finished we inspected his work, seeing that it was incorrect, we called him about it and he said “I know it only 2, I’ll come to change to 3 tomorrow”,
He also suppose to add 1 outlet close to the kitchen sink and he did, but it was the regular panel, it has to be GFI panel, he did came back to change to GFI panel. Because of this, we feel that since he has license and experience to do the work for restaurant but not being responsible until we call him to confront him about it. He supposed to check all the outlets which is not right from the previous electrician but he didn’t, we are not the electrician we don't know that we couldn’t use the corde to connect from the outlet with some of our machine, we have some machine with short cords, he ask us to pay extra for the the work. We has already paid him $1650 and he has agree to it. Bottom line is he can do good work on electrical for residential property, he has installed cameras for my house in the past, so we trusted him and hired him for our commercial property, but this time for our business we are so disappointed. Again, he can do a good job at your house, but please do not hire him for your commercial. For reference purpose we have photos of before and after of his work on our commercial property.

Just watched this guy throw litter from his truck on 270 South in Maryland. If you value decency, I wouldn’t use this business.

Did a fine job better than I was expecting

Electrical Solutions is without a doubt the best company in the area for electrical/AV work. They really go above and beyond in everything they do and make sure you are satisfied with their work. Highly recommend and will be using them from now on.

I hired them to fish the speaker cables in a single room. They did not know how to use the flexible drill bits, which a lot of electricians use (even thought the owner said they do know how to use them before they started the work). They drilled a hole in my kitchen ceiling and another one through the siding of the house! Charged me more than $500 and did not complete the job. They did not apologize and refused to give me a discount for damaging my house (they should have paid for the damage). I called another company and they were able to complete the work in 20 minutes and only charged $120. I filed a lawsuit against this company. DO NOT HIRE THEM! They are unprofessional, will ruin your property, and charge you much more than any other company in the area.

Craig Llewelyn was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and stood behind his work. We have an amazing smart home now and everybody is streaming fast on their devices. Can’t recommend more highly. He will give you a fair estimate.

I had contracted Electrical Solutions to do some rewiring as well as install a few TVs and a security system in my house. They were highly professional and listened to all my request. They finished my job in a timely manner. I highly recommended this company.

Joe Wolfe did some work for our Animal Clinic replacing outside security lights. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The work was done in a very timely manner and the lights he installed are so much better than what we had before. And, the work was scheduled for a day that ending up being forecast for snow, so he came out a day early to do the work. We are very happy to have such a knowledgeable, dependable electrician to call on and we recommend him highly!

We feel completely taken advantage of. I communicated with Craig about several jobs we needed done. From hanging chandeliers, hiding tv wires to fixing recessed lights. I gave him a comprehensive list and discussed the priority. Craig showed up and went right for the internet connection which was not priority. He and his assistant took up to an hour or so assessing the jobs and coming up with a reason why it couldn’t be done. I purchased plates to hide wires and had emailed pictures of those plates. He didn’t even know the plates were on location and said he couldn’t legally do the job. Why didn’t he tell me this when he saw them in the email! Craig did seem to do a lot of research on my house. The sale, value, previous owners, he’s a real talker. At the end of the day he was very happy with the progress made with our list. Delusional! A $3000 exploratory! Never again! Beware!
