AG services was outstanding. Benny A. arrived within a couple hours of my call and quickly diagnosed what we initially thought was a plumbing issue as an electrical problem. He and his partner were professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. They had all the parts needed to fix the (multiple) problems and things are back to working as they should. I appreciate the fast response and thorough service- highly recommend AG Services and Benny A. for any electrical needs!

Jacob Clements visited my home this morning. First and foremost, he was one of the most professional, polite, and knowledgable service providers I have worked with on my home. He was able fix our issue very quickly and he was able to give us a review of any other outstanding items that could use attention. We did not move forward with all the recommendations but I did not once feel pressure from him to do any items on the list. He was so kind and helped me make the best decisions. I look forward to recommending him to my friends, neighbors, etc.

Jacob is the best electrician! He is super professional, polite and super nice! Jacob helped us to fix an urgent and difficult problem with the damaged and extremely old wire that was inside the cement wall. It all happened at 9 pm and he was able to come asap. It also happened a day before Thanksgiving!

Jacob explained every step of the way, all the options and was extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend his services!

My Mom is eighty-seven years old. Some old electrical wiring had started to smoke and catch fire in her basement approximately 10:00 pm last night. I reach out to approximately nine (9) other top electrical companies in the surrounding area and unfortunately none of them wouldn’t hrr er lp us. All we received was excuses not to come to our home and resolved this state-of emergency that we were dealing with. At approximately 1:00 am, I called A G Services and “Benny” answered the phone. This gentleman was willing to to get someone out here by 2:00 am if we needed it. He also stated that A G Services can and will be at our house first thing in the morning to take care of everything. My Mom and I went to spend the night at my sister’s house in Buie Maryland. I knew I had to be back here by 8:30 am, in the morning , to meet Benny and another electrician (Matt). So there can determine the issues here. Both Benny & Matt was already here waiting for me. Both employees set the standard for professionalism, integrity, performance and a clear concern for our safety. I have been in the construction industry for well over thirty (30) years. I know the winners when I see them. I strongly recommend that both employees should be recognized and rewarded. Great people is very hard to find. So when you find them, you have to assure them that their dedication to this company is very well recognized…

These two guys really out performed nine (9) of the top electrical companies in this surrounding area. In short, there is no doubt that anytime I ever need electrical work done, and/or asked for a recommendation. Without any doubt, I will choose AG SERVICES…

We had a fluorescent light whose ballast had gone bad and we decided to replace it with an A19 fixture.

Given the location of the ceiling fixture it required more work than originally planned. There was no good access from the attic and Jacob showed me what needed to be done, and why, told me how much it would cost, did the work quickly and cleanly and left the hallway clean.

An access hole needed to be cut and Jacob made a clean cut allowing me to reinstall the old drywall with minimal effort and repair.

Good communication from the scheduling to job completion. Jacob called when he was on his way, let me know when he arrived, and was friendly during the 1.5 hours the job took from start to finish.

It cost more than expected, but there was more work to be done. The pricing was fair and without unnecessary charges.

I would work with AG services again and recommend them.

Benny and Josh were fantastic. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional. They cleaned up the worksite after the job and removed all packaging and trash. I will definitely use AG services for any future AC or electrical needs. Thank you.

Outside Electric meter box was replaced. Service was responsive and knowledgeable, and required extensive coordination with other entities. Pricing was very fair.

This company deserves no stars their service is bad they are full of lies. I would never do business with this people again.

My experience was horrible. The company is unethical. They break items only to return to fix for an additional fee. DO NOT USE THEM.

Very professional service and they arrived on time. Milton was great about explaining to me what was driving the electrical issue that I was having and what he did to resolve the problem. Very friendly technician. Would recommend using them!

I called for emergency services no on responsed. I'm not going into detail but the they have done fantastic work up until now. I don't know why but I will leave details alone. But your emergency services need to have access to the system RUSH COMPANY.

This company is a very poor example for an A.C. contractor for home warrenty company's. They are quick to change up on the things they tell you on the phone, they are not willing to give you in writing what there charging you for in the up front out of pocket fees. As well they have been lying to the home warrenty company as to the problem for the need of the repair. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM! TOTAL RIP OFF!

Your driver's need to be trained on how to drive properly (rush 111) almost hit my car cutting me off with no turn signal

The work order was placed day before, waited for their call to schedule an appointment, finally I called myself to schedule an appointment. The customer service try to convince me to get two work order because it's two separate issues, even though plumbing line is same. After few min. discussion she agreed to schedule an appointment for next day, when I asked do you have something for today, she stared laughing as asked something funny. Very unprofessional.

I had a power out last month. It was 22 degree overnight, worst night of my life. I call this company. The electrian, whose name is Marc Edelstein show up, order for me the part over night shipping, fix it next day. I get my life back. He is a very good person and knows his job very well.

Stay away. I got a water heater from them two years ago, and it already stopped working. They don’t give warranty or any coverage. They’re difficult to get a hold of, have horrible customer service. I had American heritage home insurance and they told me I would have to go through them if I wanted to get anything done by them.

Had to re-wire my newly finished basement and these guys were fantastic! Sean was extremely polite, professional, arrived on time, and did an amazing job. Couldn’t have been happier with the service (and I’ve dealt with a lot of electricians). Would highly recommend for any residential work and I’m sure they also do commercial jobs.
