Well done, but I would appreciate a more accurate time slot for arrival, or at least 30 min notice.

I need it to get my carpet cleaned before my mom’s arrival and only had a few days and I called Professional Carpet Restoration LLC first and they’re available to come in two days and the price was great compared to other popular Carpet cleaners that charges double for the same job. Ricardo arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He did warn me that the some spots might be to hard to remove all spots completely and need to replace with new carpet. After finishing the carpet looked great and most of spots were removed. I recommend this company. Easy to deal with, great price and fast.

I just had my apartment carpet steam cleaned by PCR on 3/15 by Jaime Romero. He was very professional and friendly.

Sergio went above and beyond to clean our carpets and upholstery thoroughly, removing some very stubborn stains and even repairing a rip in the carpet. This service was provided the same week we had requested. Overall, the work was very well done.

Well first off, the technician was very polite, he introduced himself. Then asked if he could look at the carpet first before he started. Then he informed me that he could remove the stains and then begin to spray and treat the stains. I sat on my porch while he started, and then he call me and asked me to take a look. I shook his hand and told him thank you very much. I will definitely be recommending they to others who need great work done.

Outstanding service! Immer spent hours meticulously cleaning upholstery on all our furniture. On our couch and swivel chairs, he cleaned the cushions top, bottom, and sides. He found stains and treated and removed them. He also cleaned our dining room chairs, and a wool area rug. He was careful and organized in getting things set up. Once done, he cleaned everything up.

Our furniture looks beautiful with fresh cleaning. And Immer is as friendly and professional as they come. We highly recommend this company.
